This property was as described in the listing. Beyond that, the gated community felt safe, the pool and gym were wonderful, and it is close in proximity to just about anything you’d need (Walmart, Target, Aldi, gas station, Dunkin, various eateries, etc). We loved having 3 bathrooms and the closets are very spacious. There were sets of bath and pool towels freshly laundered and stored in plastic bags for each of us. Each bathroom had 1 bar soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, and a hair dryer. There was an iron, extra blankets, baby items (pack & play, umbrella stroller), a kitchen towel, small kitchen kit with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The host was very responsive. We had a minor issue with the AC. A tech was dispatched promptly and the AC was repaired in no time! Check in and check out were seamless - love the key codes for the gate and front door. Our party consisted of adults, 2 tweens and an infant and we all enjoyed our stay. We’d recommend this property to our family and friends!

Everything was perfect, but there weren’t any containers to put away food in the refrigerator. That is 100% necessary. I also believe a couple of coffee filters would be nice.

Nice place to stay with family and easy to get in and out. Pot and pans are a little worn and cheaper quality. Could use new carpet. Beds are comfy. Appliances are good.

Everything was great! Cooking ware could use improvement. Pans were worn and too small for cooking for large family. Comfortably slept 12, 4 adults and 8 children.

Great location that’s close to Disney. Amazing condo with a nice pool. We had lots of fun, thank you!

Stayed for a week with my grown up children. 30 minutes from Universal. Close to restaurants, shopping and putt putt golf. Very clean and everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is softer mattresses for the twin beds and newer cookware.

Pros: complex is quiet, house is big enough for 5 adults and 2 children to sleep conformably, hot tub on-site was nice. Cons: Location. Driving to/from Disney was a nightmare and took 45 min each way each day. Traffic down the main road was bumper to bumper. The entire house is very worn and needs updates (furniture, carpets, beds, dishes, etc) and some better lighting (the light on the main floor and in the kitchen was terrible - the brightness in the photos very deceiving) Lack of actual curtains to block street lights coming in from blinds. Cooking utensils/pans were very limited and very worn. Check-in was also difficult. When I booked I had requested multiple times for early check-in (which is an additional cost) as we were landing at 10am. A week prior I found out they never included this. Additionally, we were arriving on Sunday when their "office" is closed and you can call and leave VM to hope for a callback with a status on your check-in time. Thankfully whoever was manning the VRBO app that day was responsive and worked through all the issues we initially encountered with check-in. Pool is not heated, but the hot tub was nice. Overall an ok spot if you're not planning to drive to Disney.
