The location was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, large, spacious, high ceilings, with a lot of natural light.

The cleanliness was an issue. One of the doors was severely damaged - like someone went at it with an axe. The couch in the living room had not been cleaned in ages, it was incredibly dusty and the mattress was dirty.

check in defined as 15:00 clock and the apartment was ready only 17:00 o’clock. I asked compensation for the delay w/o any positive reply.

Great location right in the heart of Tel Aviv.

The bedsheets were filthy. Blood, feces, and urine stains. I've never seen anything like it in any short term rental or hotel I've stayed at. Owner response about this was very underwhelming. Nearby construction made it very difficult to sleep in the morning.

There was everything we needed in this apartment (fridge and stove and all needed dishes - it was important for us as we like to cook at home). AC was in every room, the sofa in salon could be transformed into double bed. Two bathrooms were nice to use simultaneously after the beach. if prepaid on site you don't need to wait for someone to come and give you keys as they are stored in locked box near the door (you just get instructions and arrive in anytime you want. But make sure you download instruction to be available without internet connection). there is a local market not far from the place which is opened in shabat

as we had a lot of luggage it was difficult to bring it upstairs without an elevator. Far from the seashore (we needed about 25 min to get to the beach on foot with children

The property was booked a few months in advance. When the payment couldn’t get through, the booking was automatically cancelled whilst the price has risen by almost ₪3000 Shekhels. I have addressed the property asking if they can honour the original price, since we have booked very early in advance. The owner did not respect the original price and charged us the current, more expensive rate- £700 more. That was the first red flag. I have then requested the property to run a simple bank card check, to check that my bank cards work and that I won’t have to pay a new market price- again. Instead of simply running a check (standard is to take off £1) they have charged me the full sum of ₪12,839.67 (the new rate) Something I didn't want yet. Terrible communication. When we got to the property, the cleaner was still there, the keys were not in the box, we entered the property without having to unlock it. The photographs were misleading - these are general photographs for one of the properties, not the one we stayed in. The condition and wear and tear of the furniture, walls beds was pretty atrocious. I won’t even mention, pillows, duvets. I am attaching photographs, you can see for yourself. Pretty disgusting stuff - even considered buying new duvets, just for the stay. Other than that, the property was very central and spacious. What was disgusting was the attitude of the owners towards the customer, the wear and tear of the apartment, things like beddings, pillows and duvets should really be changed when there are stains of who knows what on the bed and sofas… When leaving, our checkout was 11am, the cleaner turned up at 10:50am and was clearly very unhappy, because we were still in the property. She kept calling the owner to tell him how we were still in the flat talking in Russian, which we can understand. It was disrespectful. We left the property at 11:05am. Very disappointing - don’t be fooled by the nice photographs.

Great place. Just next door to Disingoff shopping mall and you can use parking there. About 20 mins walk to the beach. A lot of nice restaurants around. We loved Matteo. Just in font of the apartment there was Russian supermarket with all products we love.

Very noisy as the building is just next to the main street. Main air-conditioning is old and working with noise. We were lucky that the weather was not hot, so we did not switch on it.

the apartment is well placed , very central , well refurbished and comfortable , perhaps it is better to ask before if works next door building are accomplished , the noises are not very nice and the weak up early in the morning is sure, taking it positive think you have more time to go visiting or to the beach, at night with window closed and no works aside it is very comfortable

The stay was great! I had to reserve it really fast on Saturday as the initial apartment we were supposed to stay in was cancelled without notification. The staff was very reactive, I reserved and we could move in straight! The apartment is spacious, beautiful and clean! Two toilettes are a real plus Three rooms Well equipped

It was quite noisy at night with cars passing by and with cats screaming (March!) Soundproof windows would be perfect There are three double beds and one sofa for four people, but there were only two double beds prepared for sleeping with only two double blankets. When I asked for the third blanket, the staff was really reactive and the new blanket was delivered straight! Great service

Wonderful service and location of apartments were great! We enjoyed working in the city center almost 5 min from everywhere!

Air Condition was not working well, there was some issues in bathroom during our stay. Managers tried to do their best to fix it but cannot finally.
