Beautiful apartment Lovely view of Frankton arm of the lake Very well equipped

Tricky access off the highway and tight parking Did not realise on 3 floors. Our friends had a large heavy case which they had to carry upstairs

Beautiful views, great amenities and very comfortable

Was very nice. Was large, very good kitchen and bathrooms was great having two bathrooms. The view was spectacular over the lake.

The TV was a pain to use as it was to old and did not connect to the internet and could not use any apps there was not very many channelst to choose from either.. We ended up buying our own google chromecast device.. Would have also been good to have TV in the bedrooms as well as the lounge. One of the couches was also slightly broken did not effect is to much

Views from the room and lounge were incredible. The shower had good pressure and lots of space. Had all necessary ammenities. As the place was very spacious, the general space/corridors couldn’t heat up too much but it was still warm in the lounge and rooms. Was a comfortable spacious apartment to relax in after long days. Great location close to everything, and had own garage parking space. There are two flights of stairs which were fine for us but may not be suitable for older people.

Would be nice if the shower had a place to put soap instead of on the floor. Extra blankets in the cupboard weren’t folded properly making me think that they might not have been washed after previous use. The cleaners are also hired externally so be prepared to adhere to strict check in and out times and house rules. They are easy and simple things to follow but was just a bit daunting at first as you had these things in the back of your mind.

There wasn’t a cover over the fire alarm, we didn’t notice this, but my toddler did and he pressed it thinking it was a light switch which was a bit of an ordeal for us as we had to wait for the fire brigade to come and switch it off 😱

Apartmnt was lovely a home away from home, highly recommend

With a rental car with ski racks which we couldnt get off we werent able to utilise the garage n parkn was a nitemare, ended up parkn 1st nite in front of the garage door despite np sign, had no choice, no other parkn, thankfully no complaints, 2nd nite we managed to score a visitor park, other than that all was great 😊

Carparking is congested and narrow. Hard to park inside.

View was great, sheets & towels were clean.

Pictures shown on Booking.com does not reflect the true condition of the property. Couch and cushions were not clean and comfortable. Mattresses were not comfortable. Host did not understand our point of view. There was a smell in property as the house was closed for days however, as per host, the smell was human breath and of ours as no guest lived there. Vaccum cleaner was left in the closet of main bedroom along with the throws and cushions.
