Large, clean and comfortable apartment suitable for four people. Direct sea view. You can see the sunrise every day. Few minutes to reach the beach and also the pool is wonderful. We enjoyed the time very much and want to come back. Thank you Kelsy that you care about us.

The property was extremely nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even had umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels available. Exactly as described, wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had a wonderful vacation in this ocean front condo! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. We had the added bonus of seeing two rocket launches from the beach in front of the condo. We would love to stay in this condo again!

Beautiful condo with lovely beach. Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was exceptionally clean as was entire condo and facilities. Tennis courts very nice! Nice location a bit away from more crowded areas of Cocoa Beach – but very close to everything. Communications with property management/owners was incredible. Probably management company best I have ever experienced when renting through VRBO. Attentiveness and follow up were fantastic. Highly recommend

We really loved out stay. First time in Florida. The condo is fantastic with great views. Got to watch cruise ships go in and out all week. Saw a rocket launch. We loved it so much we are going for 2 weeks next year. First time we've done that in 20 years.

Everything about the week was perfect. The condo was exactly as described...clean, great views, well stocked. The pool was sparkling, the beach is only steps away and felt private, the sound of the waves drowning out all other sounds. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I think I should set it up for... tomorrow!

This was the first time using VRBO and this location. Pictures were true to the condo, condo was clean and beautiful, large corner balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The condo was supplied with everything you needed except groceries - including a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Beach was clean and not super crowded.. We plan on renting this specific condo again.

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing, it was quiet and the pool was perfect for our kiddos. The only thing we would suggest is an upgrade in the master bed, as it wasn't very comfortable. We could have utilized a couple more pillows in the condo as well. Overall it's a 4-5 star place to stay. It's clean, great location, and I would recommend to others.

What is not relevant to the property? Why must I change the review. I am never unduly negative.... We loved the view, beach and neighborhood. The provided beach chairs and umbrella where nice to have. The condo was in pretty good shape but it can use some paint. If you have young children the ten o'clock pool closing time makes it impossible for them to sleep. Every night was pretty loud. I would recommend Apt 501 on the opposite side from the pool with the same corner balcony or any apartments between 01 and 07. Units 01 to 07 on each floor gives you a beach facing balcony without overlooking the pool. The kitchen is an under equipped mismatch of dishware, utensils and glasses. The dishwasher is broken. Bathrooms and living area are nice. The location is perfect for the beach and short drives to restaurants and attractions. Covered parking is nice and the tennis courts are fantastic. We liked our stay but the noisey A/C, lawless pool area and broken dishwasher was a bummer.

We will definitely be renting again from this business. It had a very homely feel for me,my husband, and daughter. The view was amazing and easy access to the beach was perfect for us. You will not be disappointed.

Cape Winds 508 was the best condo we've ever rented! Immaculate condo with a stunning view. Kelsey was an amazing host and we couldn't have asked for a better condo. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor beachy and upscale. The ample paper and cleaning supplies were an added bonus to the well stocked kitchen. There were even beach towels and chairs provided. We saw Disney cruise ships, dolphins, a SpaceX rocket launch, military aircraft of all sorts and the daily “pelican patrol” was always entertaining. We loved this place and will be back. The quiet residential location was truly a blessing compared to big hotel complexes. Loved Cape Canaveral and had an amazing vacation.

First time staying on the beach. The wrap around view was great - could have either patio door open to catch the breezes. The place was very quiet after 10:00, and all neighbors very friendly. During the times that were a little cool, we watched the ships, dolphins, and surfers from the patio. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Thanks for a super vacation!

We loved our stay in 508, a perfect corner unit with sunrise and sunset views from the wrap-around deck. It has everything you need, a very clean feel, beautiful beach, pool and hot tub, and all the supplies for fun on the beach - would definitely return and highly recommend!

The property was exactly as stated and pictures. Nothing beats the views of this large corner balcony. Pool was never packed and kept at a warm temperature. Beach was a quick walk outside the building. Was super happy to have the beach chairs, umbrella and toys provided (we brought our wagon from home to hall everything). We would definitely stay here again. No complaints. Words of wisdom though: I saw many neighbors leave their shoes outside their door (because of sand). I left my tennis shoes outside one night and the next morning they were gone. No ones fault but my own. So I recommend you do not follow suit. :)
