I wish that I could share pictures and videos. When we first arrived, the door was unlocked and slightly open. Once we enter it, although at first, everything looked nice but closer inspection showed dirty and stained chair and ottoman, sliding door tracks were filthy, and very difficult to open! Vertical blinds in the kitchen was very flimsy, and fell just by touching them! Patio and yard we’re not what I expected. Outside cushions were dirty, flower pot overturned , grass overgrown… Owner mentioned that someone would come and cut the grass during our stay, but that never happened!. They also mentioned herbs in the garden, but all we found were burnt plants. In the fuerte .. the owner should make sure that the house is properly cleaned and maintained. Price was a little high for the condition of the home.

Wonderful house with lots of room. Great location to bike to Hayward Field. Appreciated the fenced in back yard for younger kids. Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors.

Nice, roomy home in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen a plus, as are the two bathrooms. Pleasant patio/backyard for relaxing.

Check in was easy. Only thing I was not used to no check out list. And garbage can was really small with no notice of when or where to put it. But overall worked out fabulous. Thank you for making this happen for us.

The house exceeded our expectations; so quiet too! The back deck/outdoor space was perfect for gathering, and we're thankful for the well-stocked kitchen! Very generous.

Along with 3 friends, we rented this excellent house so that we could attend the Oregon Country Fair, as well as socialize before and after.
The house had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large table and chairs in the spacious kitchen, and several seating areas outside. It was perfect for us! We particularly enjoyed sitting and chatting at the kitchen table and outside on the patio.

Nice garden area. Check-in time was changed last minute (within hours of check-in) which was very stressful as we had travelled across the country to visit. Nice place

We stayed there for 4 nights, the house was very nice. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to the university which was the main reason we went out there. I recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Eugene area.

We loved the house and especially the back yard. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 with all the comforts of home. We were very comfortable and everything we could need. The back yard area was our favorite place to hang out, with plenty if seating and beautiful foliage. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we could need. Property manager was quick to reply to any communication.

My friends and I came up to Eugene for a college reunion, this was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean, had a beautiful backyard, and all the beds, sheets, and towels we would need. Would stay again!

This house has a mix of eclectic furnishing's and decor'. The fireplace is unique from the 1950's and the kitchen gives a Brady Bunch vibe. We absolutely loved it. Extremely spacious, and the property contact was courtesy and very helpful. Great price for the space!

Very easy to work with owner. Needed to cancel one night and super easy to do. Then the night before needed to add and again super easy. Very spacious house decorated in the 70’s with charm.

Roomy home in quiet neighborhood
This house can accommodate a decent amount of people. Three bedrooms, plus air mattresses, with a large living room to spread out in. The kitchen is spacious and the back yard is big, with a nice covered area, and plenty of seating. The location is good, in Eugene, you’re never that far from things.

Nice air conditioning, very clean bathrooms, spacious patio and yard. Living room furniture was older but comfortable. A lot of space both indoors and out.

Wonderful stay in Eugene
A perfect place for our extended family to stay while visiting Eugene for a week. Fenced backyard for kids, mini-splits for comfort, and a lovely neighborhood. Everything was very clean which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was in good shape, very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was a good place to hang out and it was quiet in the bedrooms. Perfect for our work trip.

Perfect For Us
This property was just what we were looking for. We were in town for a sporting event and it was in a quiet neighborhood fairly close to the venue. We had plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen, and even a fireplace and woodstove to add to the charm. Without a doubt it gets 5/5 stars!

Very roomy house, nice quiet neighborhood. A lot of bang for the buck! I will be saving this as a favorite VRBO rental

The house is clean, comfortable, roomy, and well stocked! We really appreciated the mini-split heating and cooling. Although we only used one, there's a TV in almost every room.
