This property is the Perfect location, literally steps from the beach!

There were pros and cons with this rental. I'll start with the negatives. Cons: Check-in was at 4:00, yet we didn't get notification until after 4:00 to get in. By the time we got in and unpacked, we didn't realize that we didn't have any kitchen water until after the office was closed. So we went our first night and the next morning with no kitchen water (I called the next morning, and this was very promptly taken care of, which is a definite Pro). The parking is not ideal. I had read wrong (my fault) and thought there were 2 spaces per unit, thinking one on site and one off site. In actuality, there was one or the other type per unit. We got the pass for off-site parking, and the only info we got was "Lot 38." Lot 38 is not labeled. I had to use Google maps to find it, and hoped it was the right one, which was across and up the street. We had to find parking for our second car, which was EXPENSIVE. We had not planned to spend a couple of hundred dollars on parking. Additionally, the iron gate to the property is right outside of the property door. We heard the loud bang of the door all hours of the day. The shower is also right outside (literally) of the door to this unit, so everyone coming in from the beach stops literally in your front door. The blinds right in front of the room do not go all the way down, so there was even less privacy. The unit is quite small, especially the bathroom. Keyed door entry, as opposed to keypad was inconvenient, especially with 2 couples to share 1 key. Unit was clean, but had an odd smell, kind of like bug spray. Pros: Unit is as described in the listing. The rental company was very responsive to the kitchen water issue. Good location to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice pool with lots of toys for kids or adults. Decent bed comfort (the sleeper sofa was even good). Nice, cool AC (important in balmy FL in August). Locked gates added security. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Everything that we expected it to be.....good location. Very close to the beach. Parking wasn't ideal but was manageable. We would be open to staying here again if we were to visit Florida again.

Property is very convenient to the Beach and restaurants but parking is horrible. The bathroom light didn’t work our time we were there so we had to use or cell phone lights. The keypad also doesn’t work, it hasn’t worked in 3 months per housekeeping and they only have an emergency key 1 key only! The owners really need to update the place and the keypad for future vacationers. It appears this is the only unit out of the 12 that has this issue.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was a corner unit and a very short walk to the beach. The only thing that disappointed me was the parking situation. While you are provided with a parking pass, it isn't for on site. In order to park at the condo, you had to have a special parking pass... And they WILL tow if you don't have one. The first night we were there, we almost had our vehicle towed during the middle of a thunderstorm. My husband had just gotten back from getting groceries and had been parked in one of the onsite spots for maybe 10 minutes. Luckily he went out before they could load it up but 3 other people weren't so lucky. Overall, our experience here was amazing. If it came with a closer parking spot, it would have been perfect!

Everything was perfect! Anyting needed that I could not fly with (chairs, towels) were all provided for our stay. The place was spotless and well clean and stocked!

Very short walk to beach. Location was great!! Condo suited all our needs.

The property is bit older the the rooms show some wear and tear.... but they were clean and the the management was great! They were accommodating to our early check in request. The location is awesome and the pool, although a bit smaller, was cozy and clean.

Co,do was pleasant. Security very good. Right next door to Frenchy Rockawah Restaurant. Great pool area.

I think the bedding wasn't cleaned before our arrival and the condo could have been a little cleaner overall. I hate sand in my bed and there was a little beach in there when we got there the first night.

There was no hot water in the unit, even after leaving the water run for SEVERAL minutes ( I hate to admit and to have committed such a waste of water). We struggled through 1 cold shower each, then resorted to heating water on the stove in order to take a sponge bath and wash the dishes. The toilet did not flush properly, so we had sewage in the toilet that of course was unpleasant. The communication of Belloise Realty in reaction to my voicemails was non existent. Finally on Monday, January 18, 2021 I was able to speak to you regarding all of the inadequacies of our rental. I was told that someone would be over to at least fix the push button keypad. That did not happen.

We had a couple of minor issues (stuck door, no broom) that were resolved quickly by management once we called. The location is excellent and the pool was so warm - great for swimming on some cool January nights.

Upon check in at 4pm, we noticed there was no parking pass on the table. We called the property manager, and spoke with Patty, as we were concerned our car would be towed, and she asked that we place a handwritten note below the windshield. She notified the towing company, and was able to provide the parking pass on the following day. We were grateful to spend an enjoyable time watching beautiful sunsets at the beach with our grown children. Thank you again. Donna Kolanko

Great Location! The property is located less than a minute walking distance to the beach. The pool is wonderful too. The only concern/improvement I would make is to include washer and dryer in the unit. There wasn't a good place to dry your wet bathing suits and towels. Also, I would include a broom and a dish rack in the condo. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying at the Clearwater Beach Suites to my friends and family.

We drove 12hrs to get there and actually had a great drive, we were told that we would recieve an email prior to checkin which was at 4pm, with our door code and instructions. We got that email at 4:07pm. After waiting outside for 10 minutes. No big deal we sat in the car while on the phone with property manager. We recived the email and brought our stuff in the room. We got our parking pass and placed it in the window per instructions on it. Went to frenchys to eat and car was towed it was legit parked there 20 mins max. While we ate, we read the fine print which states in the bottom of the email with the parking pass we have we needed to park across the road about 2500 ft away. So a $50 uber fee and $145 towing charge later, not to mention having to go to the tow yard and deal with those shady cats. This was unfortunate that it was kind of hidden information on the last part of the email that we recieved late and didnt get a chance to thoroughly review but wasn't our only issue with the stay. The mini blinds in the rooms were all broken, so no privacy. The tvs in the kids room and master bedroom didnt work, upon review it looks like they didnt have batteries in the remotes or have cables that connected to the digital reciever box. There was also no broom in the room. This is a beach property so seems they would have had a broom in the room to control the sand. The refridgerator worked fine as well as the air conditioner and the beds were comfortable i will give them that. Also the pool was clean and the kids enjoyed that part of our visit.

The location was great, near the beach and close to restaurants. The view was also perfect and traffic on that street was only reduced to residents. We loved our stay except for the temperature of the water that was extremely hot.

Great view of the canal side or intercoastal. Nice two bedroom, unit is clean and not cluttered. Great deck to sit on in the evenings. Two block walk from beach. Noted several other guests walking over to beach for day and then enjoying pool in the evening.

When we 1st arrived in Clearwater Beach we went to the designated site and we needed to get the code to get in. There was an issue with that property and had to be moved to another. The 2nd property was very nice and had more room at no extra cost. The only issue was that it wasn't communicated with us before arrival. Threw us for a loop. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach.

Clean, close to beach, would stay here again!

Overall the property was well maintained and clean with beach towels available as well as a beach chair. Also, the site has some beach toys and boards available for the kids to use. This made it really easy to fly in to Clearwater and be able to use the beach and pool more easily. Very close and easily walkable to restaurants, stores and the beach overall.
