The condo location was great. View was great. The bunkbed room was ridiculously hot!!! Fan did not help!! Even mid bedroom would not have been tolerable without box fan. Thermostat sent at 70’ and could not lower it. Master bath had mold around overflow and drain. Neither shower would drain very well and floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes at all times or feet would be black. But other than that great trip. Would book again if rooms were able to cool down at night to sleep but we stayed same building last year and had same issue so feel it is resort wide problem.

It needs a deep cleaning, shower drains were clogged. And they didn’t get us in at 4 cleaning lady was still there until 5pm. But over all it was a nice place.

We did have six people staying together, it was really spacious even then. Super clean and had all of the basic needs. Elevators worked marvelous compared to other condominiums i’ve stayed in. We added another night and the host were very helpful and kind. Great experience!

The unit 1504 was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have new toilet seats in the bathrooms. Other than that everything was seamless.

Everything was just perfect!! We loved the condo and it felt like home. The patio was so nice and large for everyone to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Communication was great, so easy to just go to the room and relax, loved having the parking garage there and so easy to go straight to the room, the pool and the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the condo and so comfortable. We will be staying again hopefully soon!!!

Perfect vacay! Our first time at PBC! Condo was wonderful! Very clean, amazing space for 6 adults, 9 year old and 9 month old. Condo was more than expected, great views and location. Elevator wait was not bad at all! Def would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Tonya went above and beyond making our stay a good one. It is in the perfect location close to everything. A 2 minute drive to Pier Park. Highly recommend!. We will be staying again on our next trip to PCB!

The condo is beautiful with an amazing view. We had a few hiccups but the property manager was great and quick to fix the issue. The bunk warm does get very warm so keep that in mind. Our kids ended up sleeping in a different room. Overall we were pleased and had a good experience.

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful! You can not beat the view. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy! The unit had everything we needed. Love the pools and beach! Would love to come back and stay again!

Great condo, plenty of room
I am very happy that we decided to go with this condo. The room was nice and spacious, it was super easy to get in and out of parking garage. Security officers were all friendly, and elevators were quick. Room had all the amenities of home. One pool was heated the other wasn’t. Beach super nice and soft.

Overall it was a great trip! Property location was fantastic. Only concern was there were no dish towels or proper supplies to keep space clean. But I would return.

Our condo was not ready at check in time but Tonya kept us up to date on the situation and it was not a problem. She recommended a restaurant where we could hang until the property was ready. We appreciated the communication!
The stay was perfect! We loved the location on the beach as it made things so much easier. The condo could use a little TLC but nothing major was missing or unusable. We had a great week!

Girls trip with the Kids
We go every year to the beach with a mom and kids group! This condo was exactly what it said it was going to be! Overall the property was nice and clean. Elevators were pretty busy during checkout and check in times on Saturday but that’s expected prolly everywhere! It would also be nice if there was a ramp on the beach access for wagons. Overall very nice…. Would stay again!

Short Trip
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Two available hot tubs was a bonus! Location was great! Parking was great! Access to beach was perfect! Only negative was cleanliness of floors/carpets. Tiled floors appeared swept, but feet got dirty walking across them to the point that feet had to be washed before putting on socks and before getting in bed on the clean white sheets. Carpet really needs replaced or deep cleaned as this contributed to the dirty feet:/ The beds were super comfy and were a pleasure to sleep on!

The Best Condo
Booking was easy, Unit looked just as described in pictures. Check in was a breeze once you arrived you could just go straight to the room and use the door code. The unit was clean and had everything you needed. The wait time for elevators could be up to 10 mins at times just depends on the time of the day. Definitely will be staying here again.

Loved everything about our stay!
Easy check in, loved parking, close to everything. The condo was nice and felt like I was home way from home! The Xfinity in the living room had an issue, I messaged to look at them know and when we came back from the beach it was already taking care of. We will be staying g again this summer!
