We had a very enjoyable time at Sandy Cheeks!

We had 11 people and It was plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay very much. Literally walked across the street to the beach. Clean and really enjoyed it. Will recommend to anyone traveling there.

The house was ok but had a lot of bugs roaches, large ants 3 different kinds. They were in the beds, in the sinks and everywhere. Some of our guest were bitten and one of the small childten was having nightmares. I have nerver seen anything like it. Hundreds of large ants. I feel the owner should make some kind of refund. I called the management co. and told them.

Sandy Cheeks made a fabulous spot to gather as a family and celebrate graduation. Great location. Front porch and roof deck spectacular!

Perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. Kids rooms in the basement were perfect, location is about a mile walk to the restaurants which was fine. Super safe and the neighbors are great. Would definitely come again.

This was our second time staying here and we still love it. The house sleeps several people , and there is room for everyone to spread out when they need a little quiet time. Great place for our dogs. Very pet friendly, clean and a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to returning soon.

The separation of spaces including the top deck was great spaces for everyone and different levels of Provo and togetherness.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks. The short walk to the beach was convenient. There are nice outdoor areas - front screened porch, ocean view upper deck, back deck eating table, fenced back yard picnic table. It was very convenient to have a hose in the front yard and a hose as well as a warm shower in the backyard!

This house was perfect for a week in Folly, especially if you love being on the beach! I’ve been to Folly Beach several times, and I will say that the distance from Center Street was one of the only things I didn’t like about this house. I walked it, but it was about 1.25 miles each way. Otherwise the house is great! If you’re here looking for the laundry, it’s outside on the deck! I had to email to ask about it! We only experienced one other issue, and I won’t mention it, as the property management company resolved the issue quickly. The house is definitely a little dated, but there is nothing wrong with it - just could use some updates. The beach is steps from this house, there is an outdoor shower to rinse your feet, the rooftop deck has amazing views, and there was plenty of parking (if you’re bringing multiple families). I loved it here!

Great location , convenient to everything , especially with rental of golf cart . Quiet , roomy , well equipped .

Everyone went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. My son turned 30 and it was a special gathering of 7 immediate family members and two dogs (planned for10 people and it would easily have accommodated) He was in Germany and unable to travel home due to restrictions for over a year. So we reunited with him and celebrated his birthday as well. The staff made sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We will definitely use them again.

The house was perfect for our group of seven adult family members. Check-in was super easy and communication with property management was very easy. It’s a very short walk to the beach, has great outdoor space including a back deck, a roof top deck, a screened porch and a fenced back yard. We will be back!

House was bigger than we expected and located very close to beach access. It's a mile from town but isn't to bad. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time at the property, great little cottage, kids had a blast and the amenities were all you need (you're supposed to be outside afterall!). Will be back and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay here, beach so close we didn’t bother wearing shoes! Our group consisted of grandparents and 3 teens, me and my spouse, and our dog. The floor plan is nice and spacious and we were not on top of each other at any time. Comfortable couch, comfortable beds, great front screened porch for people watching and listening to the ocean, great rooftop deck for the teens, great backyard for the dog. Overall highly recommended. One of our best spring breaks. Downtown Charleston 20 mins away!

We had family members of all ages and it was a great house for it! And the short walk to the beach was perfect. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location for a fall weekend. Caught some crabs in the tide pools, biked the neighborhood, and hit the Ice cream truck on the golf cart. We will definitely be back to Folly!

This property was just about as perfect as it could have been for our stay. We were all very comfortable. The agency handling the rental was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this home for a large family. Great value for the cost. Clean and well-taken care of.

This property was awesome! The location was incredible, just steps from the beach. The house was very spacious, exceptionally clean and had an awesome rooftop deck with ocean views(the pictures don’t do it justice!). My friends and I were in town for a birthday celebration and this was the perfect house for a large group. The house was fully stocked with everything you need and the decor was perfect for a beach getaway. We will definitely be back!

Every thing was great

Sorry to say it wasn't great. Neighbors partied until 3:30 in the morning. The kitchen was filthy. Dishes and cookware put away that had NEVER been washed. Food encrusted silverware plates and cups. Cabinets faces were filthy. Took me over an hour to clean it up enough to feel safe eating there. The downstairs bathroom intial inspection was surface clean but when my son took a shower black mold started running down from the ceases in walls. Extremely gross and dangerous to ones health. The mini blinds had heavy dust buildup along with window sills. The overall appearance of home was clean but it was anything but.

My family rented this house for a 70th birthday and 50th Anniversary. The house was great for everything we needed.

Right across from beach! Great space for all 6 of us! Everything we needed was provided. So cozy and comfortable. Great place to rent in Folly!!

The house was a great size and had everything we needed. Super close to the beach. Decorated really cute and well kept up. Everything worked great! Love Folly Beach! Our first visit but we will definitely be making it a yearly trip.

We had a wonderful time! The short walk to the beach access was great with having little ones in tow! The driveway is a bit deceiving in the online photos, b/c they are much shorter than it looks. We are local so we had our vehicles with us & just enough room to fit us all w/o being on the grass. However, we will definitely be back! Made some great memories here & look forward to making many more! There was so much space for everyone to hang out or find a quiet spot to be alone. Thanks again!

This was a pleasant place in a great location

The house accommodated the size of our group perfectly with everyone having enough private space (especially for grandkids naps, etc.). Location to the beach is perfect and just a quick walk away, our kids loved it. While we enjoyed the house, it needs a very thorough cleaning.

The house was perfect for our family vacation

Upper floor was nicer than the lower. The house is very compact so there is not much privacy or quiet, but it is a pleasant place and the location so close to the beach is great. Rooftop is a nice feature.

Perfect house for our girls beach and shopping weekend. 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. Well stocked and clean.
