We loved this condo! It was well laid out, well equipped, and in a fabulous location. What better recommendation than to say we hope to stay there again in future!

Fantastic condo and great location right on Folly Beach! Easy walking distance to pier and other activities downtown. Condo was very spacious for our family of four, and most amenities included that were listed (only 1 extra garbage bag instead of three that was listed in description). Condo was clean. Patio was great and had a lot of seating options. The overhead light could use replacing however. Our beach rental equipment was right on time waiting for us. Thanks for a great experience!

Great location!! Convenient to beach, restaurants and center street. Large bedrooms and nicely appointed. A few items needing repairs... (entry door lock, bathroom and dishwasher) Only put a 3 on the chk in process due to the entry door locks not working. Carolina one came right out to help though. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was our first stay in Folly Beach and we had a lovely time. The unit was as advertised, and was actually bigger than we expected. The rooms were quiet (great for our toddler) and we loved the open kitchen/living room and balcony. They did have several pack n play cribs available, although it was not advertised. We had some minor plumbing issues that we resolved on our own, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we would come back again.

Great location near the beach. We will definitely try and stay here again. Three bedroom three bath was roomy and comfortable for our family. Not far from downtown, we drove around a lot and this location wasn't far from anything.

This property was the perfect space for our family vacation to the Charleston area. We traveled with 5 little kids and the setup was perfect for just that! The deck had an amazing view, the location was within walking distance to downtown folly beach area, beds were comfy, and was a easy walk to the beach with kids! This space had everything we needed and more! All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Unobstructed ocean view and steps to beach with easy walk to town. Full bathroom for each bedroom makes travel with teens and family easy. Nice to not need to park in town and easy to get to pier or park. Credit for gear rental meant we got exactly what we wanted.

The property was exactly as explained on the website. Perfect for our family vacation.

The location overlooked the beach and was directly across from the beach access point. The balcony was large and where we had most of our meals. Easy walking access to the restaurants and shops. The condo was well-stocked with all the kitchen stuff we needed.

We loved the condo. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the extra large balcony is amazing!! Super close proximity to downtown so you can walk there easily. Easy access to the beach! Only issue is a very large condominium complex to the left of the unit that you cannot really see well in the pictures and this completely blocks your view of the ocean to the left. But you can clearly see everything to the right. So, if you like to get up to see the sunrise you will have to get up and go down to the beach, you cannot see it from the balcony....

Fantastic property! Condo is well appointed, clean, and absolutely a fantastic access to the beach and views of our gorgeous BIG POND ( aka the Atlantic)! Added bonus, the fireworks were front and center thanks to the city shooting them off on the beach directly in front of the condo! Overall, great stay!

Had a great vacation. Great views and easy walk to everything Felt like home. Really hated to leave. I am sure we will be back. Thanks so much for making this a great family vacation.

Fabulous property and location

I would definitely stay here again;the nicest rental i've ever stayed in. Very close to restaurants and shops, the fishing pier, etc, but on a quiet street. Very spacious, beds comfortable/ quality linens & towels, nice furnishings, tastefully decorated and all appliances worked. Considerately stocked with paper products, soaps, dish liquid, toilet paper. Easy to self check-in with key pad. Best of all is that you could see & hear the ocean from the lovely patio. It was very professionally managed by Carolina One realty: all the details about the home, check-in process, beach rules/parking, etc., was sent a full week prior to arrival. They also texted me once/day to see if i had any questions/concerns. i wish every vrbo unit was managed as well as this one.

We stayed here for Spring break and were very comfortable and happy. We have 2 young children and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Not to mention the ocean views!

Great location to beach and Folly restaurants. Perfect on the 4th to go sit on the beach and walk back up to our condo after! The condo could use some upgrades with washer and dishwasher; there were some stains on the carpet in the master bedroom and the shower was small. However, all in all, this was a great vacation and I would consider renting here again!

Six of us stayed in this unit for a four day weekend and had a great time. The large porch and view of the beach was wonderful. The unit is nicely decorated/renovated and clean. The kitchen is well appointed, but is smallish so be prepared to do some kitchen dancing if you are cooking with others. Enjoyed our visit.

The unit was wonderful with plenty of room for a whole group! We traveled as a large group of 7 adults and had absolutely no problems. The unit is well decorated, comfortable and has easy beach access literally across the road! While it is an easy trek for enjoying the beach and searching for shark teeth, you can enjoy it all from the deck as well. You even have your own privacy door to allow you to keep all of your beach chairs ect. on the deck without worrying about tracking in too much sand. A short walk will get you downtown with access to shopping and plenty of food choices.
