Most welcoming greeting on arrival from Na Na and Cindy , very helpful and , English speaking which helped us understand the local knowledge and , booked our wonderful trips to Ba Na Hills , one of the longest cable cars in the world and Golden Bridge trip is a must also did Vespa bike trip with lovely guides . Room very big overlooking the Hoi River , location excellent easy walk to Hoi boats , the beautiful old town and night market. Even let us shower after we checked out due to getting an overnight bus .

Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt - sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man auf der anderen Seite der Brücke direkt im Geschehen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann günstig Roller mieten und kostenlos Fahrräder nutzen. Für den Preis definitiv zu empfehlen, auch wenn man keinen Luxus erwarten darf. (2 Nächte sind ausreichend).

Leider war kein Frühstück inklusive, es gibt jedoch viele Cafés in der Nähe. Auch beim Badezimmer darf man nicht zu viel erwarten (keine Trennwand zwischen Dusche und restlichem Bad).

Location is a short 5m walk to the center of the old quarter, very easy access to restaurants/drinks/markets etc. Very quiet in the room at night, with barely any noise from the street so very easy to sleep. A/C is fantastic at keeping the room cool. Smart TV in our room so we could put on Netflix if we wanted. Laundry service included and very well priced. Hosts were able to organize tours at a competitive rate and each one was outstanding with great guides and fresh vehicles. They also organized transport to and from the airport which was very helpful. For the price you're paying, its exactly what you get but with the hosts, its 11/10 worth it. I'll be coming back for sure.

Personal preference, but the bed is very firm, my partner loved it but I struggled. Everything is perfect otherwise.

Amazing! Nana and Cindy were so so helpful and couldn’t do anything for more for you. We arrived at 5am after taking a sleeper bus and they have us a room to sleep in which was very very kind. Location was great, 5 minutes to the old town and night market. Free bikes to hire which is great. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and very clean. Would highly recommend

The staff felt like family within a day. Cindy was like an aunt to my children and we bonded immediately. They were professional, courteous and incredibly kind during our stay. The facilities were modern, clean and beautiful! They offers to arrange tours, airport shuttles, breakfast orders, anything. Cindy made the most amazing coffee in the morning for us too! Our rooms were well tended to every day and our location was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with our stay and I hope we get to come back again someday!

The only thing that took some getting used to was the noise level around that area, but that was no fault of the villa. Just a bit noisier than we’re used to but we adjusted and used earplugs.

Staff were exceptional in the service they provided, especially Cindy, who was phenomenal! Cindy was honest, caring, and very supportive the whole time we were there! Couldn't give her enough praise. The room was super clean and modern. The coconut coffee downstairs is a must try! And the place in terms of location is amazing. You are literally 5-10 minutes from everything so no need to get a taxi anywhere.. Wish we were able to stay longer. Also another bonus is they can do your laundry for a small fee and its done by the afternoon.

We loved this hotel. It is perfectly located within walking distance of all the historical museums and ancient town. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful, you name it. When we arrived, NaNa provided information to help us enjoy our stay and prices we should expect so we would not be taken advantage of. Cindy gave us tips where to find some items we needed and gave my partner some lemon lozenges from her own supply to help with his sore throat. On our last day, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we spent some time walking around before we got a taxi to the train station. Nana also arranged the taxi there and back for us at a better rate than a Grab taxi would’ve been. Thank you NaNa and Cindy!

The location was great, staff were lovely and the pool was perfect. The pool was shadded at the right part of our day and we were able to organise transport, tours etc at the front desk which was a huge help when travelling with a toddler.

There were some issues you would expect (bathroom not fully airing out) in the climate in a stay for this price. But it didnt affect our stay in any way.

Cindy is such a wonderful host. She gave me a map of the town and highlighted the great areas to visit, eat etc. she also organised a scooter for me for 150k per day. The location is ideal, literally a 5 min walk away from everything you want to see. The pool isn’t massive, but it’s big enough to cool down after a long day exploring. Thank you Cindy! :)

Amazing customer service, Cindy and Nana looked after every aspect of our stay! Rooms were super clean and comfortable, the location is 5 mins walk from everything in Hoi An. There is a cute coffee shop downstairs and they will even deliver to your room if you ask nicely, they also have bikes for free and scooters for rent. Cindy recommend us some amazing places to eat and visit as well as letting us know what fair prices are around town. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hoi An!

We have nothing bad to say, everything has been great!

Everything was great! The location is really good for the price. They have free bikes, you can rent a motorcycle for a really good price and they offer a laundry service for cheap. They also organised a shuttle service to Da Nang for us (via WhatsApp, which was super practical). But our highlight was definitely the staff! They were super helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do, where to eat and recommended a taylor for us that my boyfriend ended up getting a suit from that he’s super happy with! If we ever come back to Hoi An we would 100% stay here again.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely pool which we used several times a day. Cindy and Nana were lovely and booked tours for us. Cindy makes the best ice coffees. We also borrowed bikes from Truc Loc. to explore the countryside nearby. the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. Close to restaurants and a short walk to town. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was great to be a little out of the busy parts of Hoi an but still within walking distance

The staff were wonderful. When we arrived we were given iced water and a place to sit down. They gave us loads of recommendations for tours, restaurants, and local spots. The location is amazing, it's right beside the old town, only a 5 minute walk away or a 1 minute cycle on the free to rent bicycles they offer. The room was beautiful and so clean, the pool perfect for a cool down.

Nana on reception was excellent- gave us lots of advice and was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the location is great. Wi-Fi is great. Pool is small but lovely. Short walk to the old town.

Owner was really friendly and helpful. We could use bikes for free. It was a little too hot for us in Hoi An but the hotel was comforting and very good

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly and eager to help and suggest things to do/see whilst in Hoi An. The location is great, a short walk/ride from the Old Town and away from the noise. Air conditioning was perfect, no lift but not too many flights of stairs so not a problem. The free bike rentals was a great touch! We would come again for sure, and definitely recommend Truc Loc Villa!

Beautiful room and bathroom and other facilities. Great location. The best staff! They were so sorry that we couldn’t check in until 8am but we were expecting check in at 2pm so we were so happy with 8am, and did other things too that were so helpful and nice. Can’t stress enough how lovely the staff were.

We had such a lovely stay here! Nana and the staff were so helpful and kind. The location was nice - a little bit farther away from the busy area but very easily walkable to all the attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and really appreciated the free bikes too.

Lovely team, nice cool rooms. Quiet even though facing road and over pool. Introduced us to her sister at Ny Central Tailors, who did us great deals on clothing. The pool was fantastic after a busy day. Arranged taxis and tickets to Bamboo Theatre (which is stunning) and travel to Danang to connect with our train. .Thanks everyone from this NZ crew. If we can we will be back!!

The location was great, just a 10 min walk to the old town. A mini mart across the street but no food at the actual hotel but there were many places to eat not far away. The bikes were free and the staff so friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!
