We stayed for 3 nights at Fivitel Hoi An Hotel and had a great experience! The location right in front of the ocean is more than perfect, away from the touristic buzz of Hoi An, but close enough for visiting the still beautiful city. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet is rich and offers something for everyone (vegetarians have plenty of options). Moreover, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the two concierges Sen and Vy made our stay extremely comfortable, arranged tours and travel options for us, securing the best prices and always welcomed us heartwarmingly. Of course, the infinity roof top pool is a highlight as well :)

As some people before mentioned here the hotel has seen better days judging from the outside, but inside everything is clean and absolutely in sync with the budget.

I recently stayed with my Mum and Aunt at this hotel for four nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Sen and Quyen, who went above and beyond to make out stay enjoyable, greeting us everyday by our names. Buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every palate. The rooftop pool is refreshing after a day in Hoi An or on the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and affordable stay. Five stars all around!

Swimming pool was like size of 2 double beds. There is no private beach it is actually opposite side of the beach.

Wir hatten Blick zum Meer, ein sehr gutes Frühstück und den Strand fast für uns. Besonders loben möchten wir das Personal, sie haben uns wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Besonders Danke an Vy und Sen, wirklich ganz hervorragende Gästebetreuung! Was wir gut fanden, war das kostenlose Shuttle 16.30 Uhr in die City von Hoi An und für die Rückfahrt haben wir die grünen MaiLinh-Taxis empfohlen bekommen.

Für Gäste gab es am Strand die kostenlosen Liegen vom Hotel. Eine Händlerin am Strand versucht diese zu verkaufen. Das Personal hat es unterbunden, aber sie wird es sicher wieder versuchen.

1.飯店隔音不佳，樓上跟外面走道的聲音很明顯，不只是這間，我這次旅程住的三家都一樣 2.位置很偏，雖然在沙灘旁邊，但不是主要的區段(離安邦沙灘騎腳踏車還要15分鐘)，沙灘沒有規劃，沒了沙灘第一排的價值，建議跟附近的飯店共同整理一下沙灘 3.借腳踏車給我沒給我鎖，我怕被偷還要隨身牽著 4.特大雙床是兩個單人併起來的，中間很明顯感受到一條間隔，睡的時候沒辦法睡在床中間 5.電視沒辦法看網路頻道，對於華人或日本客人這台電視等於沒有 6.泳池比較適合拿來拍照（雖然來這裏應該也不會想在飯店泳池玩水）

Personeel was zeer behulpzaam, kamer was groot en regendouche comfortabel. Uitzicht was prachtig. Zwembad was fijn. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Directe omgeving van het hotel niet perse mooi. Meer afgelegen van de stad maar wel dichtbij een strandje.

Stayed at Fivitel Hoi An for 6 nights in mid November. The weather could have been better but we still got some nice days without rain and wind to enjoy the sceneries. Its well situated outside the busy areas of Hoi An and Da Nang which was what we were looking for after experiencing the touristy areas of Vietnam for two weeks prior. The room was great, clean and spacious on the 6th floor with a great view of the ocean and Da Nang in the distance. Great beds, good bathroom and big shower. The pool on the 7th/8th floor is a very nice bonus with an amazing view of the ocean, sadly it was very windy and little sun when we were there and the pool is not heated. But as nordic people we are used to swim in cold water so we went in a few times. We could enjoy the closest beach a few times, quite shallow waters with big waves. Very fun to jump around in! No rocks or anything in the water. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and understood english very well, especially Sen. Sen helped us book a car and tickets to visit Ba Na hills for a day and also cars to and from the airport. She also was kind enough to print out our plane tickets before our flight home. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Da Nang/Hoi an!

The surroundings are a bit run down, as are most hotel exteriors in the neighborhood to be fair, which detracts from the overall sense of quality. The interiors are however well kept. The breakfast varied between great and bland, depended on which courses were served in the buffé that day. Would have liked more fruits to choose from. The closest beach was ok, a lot of garbage on it probably from the storms. Wish it was better kept.

It’s our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff surprised us with a room upgrade, and after taking us up to the room, we saw they’d decorated the entire room with flowers and a “happy anniversary” sign! The food is very good as well, with lots of variety in continental, Asian, and other items. We made use of the restaurant for a few cocktails while they cleaned our room. The staff is also very caring, sending us off with breakfast on our last day, and ensuring our needs were met! For instance, we needed to do laundry and were provided options for time to complete as well as price points. Special shout out to Sen, Thai, and Nhi, the front desk, housekeeping, and overall care and attention to our requests.

Since it’s October 2023 the rains were pretty intense and the property (if you’re not able to go to the beach!) is a bit far from Old Town. However, taxis and Grab cars were readily available, and there’s also a hotel shuttle leaving the hotel to go to Old Town at 1630.

Perfect location next to the beach, the view from the pool on the roof, as well as helpful staff, what else do you need? We enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family for two days while visiting Hoi An. We had our motorbikes with us but were offered bike or bus if we needed to. The staff was very helpful with any kind of questions we had. We can’t recommend the hotel enough and can’t wait to come back when in Hoi An again :)

The staff were all lovely and helpful couldn't complain excellent service there , they were nice enough to cancel the other 2 nights booked as it just wasn't the location and vibe we were expecting, the food was ok not a huge selection. Rooms were comfortable enough.

The location is quite and nothing around when you step outside the hotel. Beach is across the Rd but doesn't look like a direct access and no one's around so assuming it's not a place you really swim as there is no atmosphere or people around. Not suitable for kids

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Very misleading photos with reality. Views from the room to a field with cows. Very dirty, smelly and very local. The staff did not understand English well, only a few at the front desk spoke ok. Food was disgusting. Not recommended for families with children or western travelers.
