Nice suite with comfy beds and a small living room area. Small bathroom with a good shower. Kitchen area handy for tea/coffee. Near to the airport.

The room was very dusty, there was no enough toilet paper, no paper towels and there was no dish soap. No iron to press the clothes.

Loved this place would stay again.

We had a hard time finding the property. We were all tired at 3 am. Though not the owner’s fault.Road closures on the main hi-way. The phone number listed in Booking.com was a foreign number. No means of contacting the property for directions for somebody who is not used to the area. Using Wayze was also futile because of the road closures. A local driver helped us find it through the service roads.

Has everything a family needs, shops m, amenities and food choices galore, Netflix as well.

The TV speaker was damaged and distorted terribly, hopefully they get this fixed and I would give this place a 10

Roaches crawling up my leg. A very stong chemical smell in the air, slow replies (sometimes a few hours) for assistance from owner/manager. No access to swimming because the owner's name was not on the security guard's list for unit 29-E at the pool.

The location, accessibility, comfortable, cleanliness of the unit, size of the bed, unit size, price is cheaper but the service is very good.

the only thing to me were the lack of things I’m used to in America but that is more cultural than a lacking problem

We love the unit, the location is perfect for our purpose, the rooms are clean especially the toilet. It has heater in the shower, the view outside the window is great. Complete utensils and cook wares.

The dining chairs are damaged already. Hope it will be replace. Suggestion: Kindly provide a 5 gal of drinking water😊

The place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

- location was great, shopping mall and subway stop just downstairs - just in between airport, Intramuros and nightlife spots like Makati and BGC - the view was great - AC and Wi-fi worked well - security guards were friendly (but you need to leave your ID in the lobby so they can make a copy)

- few small cockroaches found - only 1 key (3 other keys didn't work) - I didn't go to the pool, but it was mentioned that it's 200!! peso per person to go to the pool which is quite high
