Other people staying as guest there were not as expected... Resort Manager Rahul bluffed me. Here's the story... After booking on this website, I got call from Resort Manager Rahul, Here's the conversation: I asked him upfront "I hope there's families, couples and kids staying there. How many other rooms are booked and who are staying there? What are the details of other Guests at the resort? Are they Bachelors Boys or Families? I hope that the environment is friendly and comfortable for a couples and families, especially girls..." To this, Rahul replied "Don't worry sir, we don't allow stags/bachelors here at our resort... you and your wife would be comfortable. Three rooms are booked, all of them are families.." I was fine... After arrival at 7pm, I could only see 4 Delhi based men, playing Snooker and drinking alcohol in garden, all night. Only these 4 guys were there in the entire resort... This surprise was not comfortable at all, Total lie !! It was 7 pm and driving on the road to this remotely located resort is also not safe after sunset, so we couldn't move anywhere else but to stay at the place, inside our room only... We couldn't move out and walk and enjoy in the little garden because guys were drinking there... We would never opt this place again... Its a total jungle, down in the valley, not a hill top, you don't get panoramic views or anything like that... After arrival, Rahul offered me a big size party speaker to play and enjoy music on.... I was like "We are just a couple coming here for quality peaceful time, did you expect us a big group for a big all night party!.." I don't know what that guy was! totally screwed! The property owner is Centra Mall Chandigarh's owner and like that mall, this resort is also not maintained well at all... Poor stay, money wasted!

Good location, friendly staff always ready to provide services. Chef very good and cooked variety of veg and non veg items. There is a pool table and in the evening one can sit around bonfire.

Overall experience was not good, I didn't like it stay was ok this property was under construction but still open so I found it expensive as per this cost. I have to ask multiple times for things like for internet and small things. No intercom so they gave mobile to contact for any service which was busy max time and I ordered french fries which was worst I ever had and for same o have to ask twice to replace the order. So main thing they don't care about giving good service. After so long drive u reached there and it's in remote area even if it's not good I can't go anywhere else nearby so I have to stay there and have to bear there poor service. Even after such bad experience I have to pay 10000+ amount as it's already agreed, or as per booking.com it's confirmed booking but resort guys contact us one day before the booking date and asked some amount to pay to confirm booking so it's booking.com info was not correct. Want to write more but it's getting lengthy So over all bad experience ☹️
