Professionally managed property. Secure parking. Good maintenance and upkeep. Good sized room with all facilities. Comfortable bed & pilllows. Good air-conditioning. Decent buffet breakfast with many options. A very good option for a stopover on way to Himachal.

We stayed for a night and had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were fine.

- We were 4 adults and 2 kids so had booked 3 rooms. But we arrived not at same time, 4 at a time followed by 2. But the hotel refused to give keys to the 3 rooms (they only gave for 2 rooms) unless other guests arrived. We had arrived after 4pm but not all rooms very ready. - Breakfast was a DISASTER. Complete chaos. We did not get the requested dish from the live counters, despite repeated requests. Some guests were actually making omlettes on their own as the staff was not doing it. The other dishes were not refilled quickly enough. The staff was clearing out our plates (with food in it) WHILE we were eating. We had some guests that we had invited for breakfast (paid separately) but the whole experience was very embarrassing for us and was not at all worth 1/10th of the amount charged for the breakfast.

It is ok ok property, but surely substandard compared to other Radisson properties. Though I booked a business class room..didn't get the service accordingly. No water, no glasses in the room. The view from my room (11k per night tariff) was pathetic.

Honestly I regretted my stay here..

We have booked hotel for auditions for our bollywood movies. We organised all the things like camera and lighting. When we about the auditions they didn't allow to do auditions and asked us to book seperate hall and asked 20000/ more. Very unreasonable and unprofessional behaivor on part of hotel. Total waste of money... Advise to all think 100 times before booking Radisson

Room service too was very bad Not changed bed sheets... Asked for water and tea sugar packs and after reminding 3 three times after 2 hrs provided same... Regarding Ac they switched off the in night...
