This was our 4th year coming to the Nokomis area for a month. It was our first stay at this incredible home. Definitely our most outstanding stay !! Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful inside and out. And so amazingly clean and quiet. Perfectly furnished. The screened Lanai is the most comfortable spot all day. No matter how intense the sun it is always cool on the Lanai . The kitchen has the best appliances and you couldn't ask for anything more perfect than the eating area with the gorgeous windows. Our host was so helpful and made sure to check on us . We very much appreciated everything.

The home was relaxing, inviting and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though it was just the two of us, there was plenty of extra rooms and bathrooms available. We enjoyed the spacious lanai on a nightly basis and appreciated the fans and plentiful lighting. We also made use of the well supplied kitchen and beach accessories in the garage. Our VRBO host was wonderful to work with and easy to contact.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Nokomis. It was clean and bright and really made us feel in the vacation mode. It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff we needed and the beach chairs , towels, umbrella and cooler for the beach. The only thing we really would have loved and we had at a previous rental would be two bicycles and two kayaks. Since the launch is literally across the street, it would be perfect. Maybe next year as we would like to return!

Convenient and comfortable home for our family vacation. Everything you need is provided including beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. The area is quiet and only a short drive to the beach and restaurants.
Check-in and out was easy and Frank was responsive when we had questions.

This property is centrally located and very close to the beach with a great ice cream shop just down the road...important for all three generations! We traveled to various museums from Bradenton to Fort Myers and Boca Grande. They were a bit of a drive, but we loved seeing the area and the changes it has undergone. We visited beautiful downtown Venice twice for that great USA Main Street appeal and its varied shops and helpful storekeepers. It was a pleasure returning to the house every day where we knew we could spread out and relax over playing cards, assembling jigsaw puzzles, or just retreating to our rooms for some real quiet time. Would we go again? Absolutely!! A beautiful, comfortable, homey property.

House is very nice with wonderful space and location. I took stand up paddleboards out in the bay and saw dolphins. Kitchen is well equipped and traffic is better than siesta key.

This is a great house. Its wrap-around porch is wonderful for coffee or cocktails. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a good quality TV. The house is nicely furnished. The kitchen has modern appliances and is very well-equipped. Lots of good beach stuff. The hosts have thought of just about everything, and if there’s anything they missed they’ll take care of it for you We took advantage of the beach as well as a nearby golf course, and had a great visit.

Tucked away in beautiful Florida foliage, this property was a real find. Quality throughout and a Key West relaxing vive. Clean, well equipped and the owner was very helpful. There is also a short walk to a little kayak launch we made of.
