This room is played out strangely. There is a hot tub between the bed and the sink with no wall to separate it. While this might be fine for a couple it was weird for my daughter and I. The place was clean but needs a redecorating.

Nice, clean place. Screened in large patio is great! The only complaint I have is parking was difficult at times to find a close place to the unit and the unit is a far walking distance to the main building (not a big deal for adults, but semi harder with little kids).

Nice place and grounds. Location is good with friendly staff. The only problem was that the patio tile was broken in several places at the unit we were in.

My daughter and I stayed at this property . They have a lot of activities to do so there is no need to even leave the resort unless you want to . We had a small issue with security one evening but someone came and handled it promptly. We also had a maintenance issue with some water leaking but someone was quick to come and check it out . Owner was easy to work with and prompt in answering questions .

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, close to everything and enjoyed the amenities on the property. Our host was very informative and friendly.

My check in process was easy. I arrived late so there wasn't much of a line to check in. I didnt realize that you must pay to use the wifi there. It was 25 bucks for 3 days. Parking was a nightmare. We could never find parking near our room . We stayed in 1300 and would have to walk from 500. After a long day of adventuring with my family .. another long walk was not appreciated. Our room was on the ground floor and it was so annoying that every five seconds a golf cart would drive by .. it made it hard to get some peace and quiet outside around the lake. Its a time share property and they are trying to sell big time. Atleast 20 golf carts passed my patio area every morning . The dishes in the cabinet were not clean. I had to wash them to use them. I tried to get clean towels several times and never got them. They had someone come get my dirty towels but never returned with any clean ones. I had find a laundry bin outside and get my own. The location was fine but I would rather stay someone else if I ever return to Orlando.

Everything was smooth and nice and clean really enjoyed the weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the unit we stayed in! Great location and very clean. Bed was super comfy!

Property was as described. The pools were great, some difficulties with room and cleanliness but overall great property with all amenities on location. Food was ok but having a small grocery was key to saving for snacks. We just ubered from airport and stayed on location except for a fun dinner out just a mile away. Super easy to get too!

I had a very nice time I enjoyed my stay and I will use it again

We enjoyed ourselves. The room was spacey and mostly clean. It had a full kitchen and included washer/dryer. Check-in was hectic as there was a very long line! I probably waited 20min but it went smoothly. This is a very large resort with many buildings and therefore many people!! Thankfully there are many pools. The kids enjoyed the waterpark but it is probably best for 12 and under. We had a large group staying there and all had a good time.

Excellent place to stay. We are local to Orlando and decided to stay here for the weekend. We love the room and the location. The room was amazing, and the amenities of the place are awesome. A lot of things to do inside the property. We will come back and bring the kids we us for the next time.

Property was great. Lots of things to do onsite including restaurants and games.

Comfy king size bed, lovely jet tub, great views, heated pools hot tubs, room service for whatever you need, huge gym, nice restaurant w/ game room & bowling & pet friendly. Everyone was really nice.

Property was great and plenty of things to do and just to walk around and enjoy the scenery. stores, shops, restaurants. putt putt, bowling pools, new one under construction. Under the covid mask era we still had fun. and the place was nice The ad did not say about the time share meeting, i guess we had a choice to go for the extra 100-150 visa card, amazing what we would do to get something free or something back, They will hound you like most but if you and or spouse can continue to say NO you will get you pay out about 2-3 hrs of wasted time

Everything went as planned my only issue was the wait to chk in line was super long with only 2 to 3 employee's to assist everyone

I liked my stay overall at this property. The only issue I really had was on the weekend and trying to find a place to park. OMG!! Easy to get in & out. Had several amenities, but didn't have time to use them. They were doing construction out back at the time of my stay, just bad timing for a couple of days. Would stay there again.

My hobby and I needed a short relaxing getaway. This was awesome. So beautiful. Staff was excellent!!!!

Great location, room was large, had everything we needed and had a great view although the unit could be cleaned a little better....mainly the bathroom but over all very happy. Lots of pools, onsite restaurant was great and lots to do. Please note this is a timeshare resort so they do try to get you to do the tours and you have to allow time once you arrive to “check in” with the airbnb booker at a travel center/ticket selling location and then travel to check in at the resort...this took much longer then planned unfortunately we lost most of our day to this. We had a rental car so this was not an issue but if you had planned on Uber it would have been costly. But now we know we stay again we will just plan our time better.
