We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The property was conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and anything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio in the mornings with a cup of coffee and in the afternoons to watch the sunset.

The condo had everything we were looking for: Spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room, great view and a very easy walk to town and the beach. I highly recommend it. I will give a word of caution to anyone driving an SUV and parking in the garage. Getting in is easy. Backing out is a challenge because of the proximity to the stairs and the other condo. Be careful and patient.

From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm welcome. Carolina One manages this property and every detail was thoughtful. We live on the west coast, but will definitely go back to this property.

Located within walking distance of the beach and all local restaurants, our stay, while short, was sweet. The townhouse is laid out well with ample space for our family of four which includes two full-grown teens. Each had their own room and bathroom. The views from the porch and the balcony off of the master bedroom made those first few sips of coffee that much more enjoyable each morning.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Parking and check in were easy. Kitchen well stocked and loved the views of the water from so many windows. Pool is convenient right next door, but can also be a little loud in overhearing conversations. Overall, great pick for our family getaway.

The house has 3 levels. The garage is on the first level, 1 bedroom and kitchen and living room on 2nd floor and master bedroom and 3rd bedroom on top floor. Patio and balcony on each floor over looking the river. We discovered a nice swing of the boat dock. Access the dock through the pool areas with the key that is attached to the garage door opener. Fully stocked kitchen so you don’t need to bring anything if preparing food in the home. Central air was beneficial. About 30 minute drive to Charleston, as well as the plantations in the area. Definitely would rent this place again when bacj in the area.

We enjoyed staying there. The view was great and easy walking to fantastic eating places. The people were so easy to make sure you had everything you needed. Would stay there again

Beautiful views with a spacious home!

Very well equipped, clean, and very bright. Wonderful views of the river and tidal flow. Definitely spent a lot of time in the gazebo fishing and caught a large variety of fish. We'll be back!

The townhome is great! We loved the locations and the views. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall it looked clean but their were a few areas such as the stove and coffee table that we needed to wipe down. Also the sofa and chair covers were dirty. I would definitely consider booking here again.

What a wonderful vacation! Thank you for the use of your house! The location was perfect! We had a toddler, and being right next to the pool was great. The view from the screened in porch was amazing! The only negative was not having mirrors in the bedrooms . Would definitely stay again!

This house was such a sweet gift for my family this week! Exactly as the pictures portray, and the view of the river is worth every penny!

Excellent modern amenities such as air conditioning, multiple TV sets, well-stocked kitchen cabinets, and user-friendly BBQ. Carolina One rental company staff, with Amber and others, were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Beautiful view out over the low country from the living room and master bedroom balconies. And the three car parking was enormously useful also.

Well maintained and very well equipped vacation home located on the water and within easy walking distance of the beach, but far enough away from the commercial activity for quiet relaxation.

Kitchen had great equipment. Loved sitting on the porch looking at the river. Good location. The bathrooms do need plumber attention as the drains were all slow especially in the tubs.

Property as pictured. Lovely decor, comfortable beds, amazing master bath and custom closet. Stairs a bit of an issue for me, but worth the climb. Property managers very responsive. Highly recommend.

Check in was earlier than we thought an so easy! Was almost in tears as we entered the beautiful property an in the kitchen was a balloon, bottle of wine an a card signed by the home owners for my 50 birthday that we were there to celebrate with our family. Perfect in every way!!! Will stay again!! Thank you, thank you! Would love to know when you can started renting for weekends as we would love to go back in September just got some long weekend stays if possible 😀

Overall, the property was fine just a bit wore out. For the cost of the unit compared to others located in Waters Edge, I would consider this unit over priced. It didn't feel very clean and the furniture out on the deck overlooking the river were crap. Not comfortable at all. You would think that with a location like this unit you would make the back deck a priority with comfortable seating and maybe a table to eat at. it was bare bones. The grill located on the bottom floor was a disaster. it hasn't been cleaned ever, the burners are rusted out and doesn't cook very well. We gave it a shot one night and that was it. I have been traveling to the low country for the last 15 summers and spend 5 weeks ever June-July. I wouldn't say that this unit is terrible all I am trying to explain is it is your typical beach rental that works for 1 week. Unfortunately, I spent 2 weeks at the unit, 1 week being too long. I do not believe it is worth the extra money compared to the more reasonably priced units in the same complex. Lastly, I ended up using the golf cart that was with the unit. I would recommend renting a unit from one of the rental companies on the Island. We never really felt safe using the unit as it is very slow and feels as if it may not make it back home. We never got too far from Watersedge worried the cart may quit. Also, the steering rods on this unit should be checked as it feels as if they are about to snap. Again, not the worst stay ever the unit was fine. My point is the unit is definitely not worth the extra money as it is just a fair unit. Garage smelled horrific as well.

This is a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed watching all the boating and fishing activities from the porch. There's more to look at there than the beach side. The condo was immaculate. We had cute little gift bags upon our arrival. The condo is very roomy with bright walls and lots of light. We walked everywhere. We look forward to staying in the same condo next year!

This fully equipped townhome has amazing water views and close beach access. Ability to fish and crab from dock a plus!

Loved our stay at Folly Beach!

We spent as much time as we could on the screened in porch, as pictured in the opening photo. A great place to watch the boats, birds and yes, dolphins in the waterway just a few feet from the porch (or deck). The unit was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. This is the best unit in Water's Edge because it's a corner unit and has a great view of the water and the pool.
