Close to city centre and landlord was very pleasant.

The place was very dated and needs some work doing to it!

A great place, we stayed for one night, on arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Sarj was an amazing host, he gave us a very detailed tour around the guesthouse and ensured we knew were everything was. The room was clean and tidy, we had a peaceful nights sleep, no disturbances from any of the other guests or outside noises. Check out was arranged to suit us which meant we didn’t have to get up early and rush. Thanks Sarj, will definitely stay again if we visit Docaster.

Located in a quiet and clean neighbourhood. The owner was exceptionally helpful and proactive The property is clean, well lit and well looked after. The common Kitchen was also well equipped with standard fridge, microwave and efficient counter top stove The owner and family are involved in making the customers comfortable and keeping the place clean. Bathroom is standard and all equipments are functional Wi-Fi works very well without a glitch Extra bedding and towels were provided for the customers I will definitely come back for another visit

I love everything about the place. It is home away from home for me. ( kitchen, dining, and laundry facilities) Besides, it ensuite, which made it very comfortable for me. I love everything about the place.

There was no breakfast, just the bed. The bed was Good. The shower was small, however okay. Staff was very helpful. Cleanings was okay, it’s an older house, therefore hard to keep it clean.

I wish there was a kettle in the room rather than going down to the communal kitchen.

The host met us at the correct time and showed us to our room. It is a private house with 5 ensuite rooms. The room is good at the price we paid, very clean with a very comfortable bed.

On street parking is limited and residential till 4pm
