Lack of basic welcome pack for families arriving late after long flights. Property did not entirely reflect the photos. Fewer chairs available than in photos. chairs damaged. 2 outdoor chairs were broken and unusable. Lack of attention to deep cleaning. Bottom bunk bed mattress badly urine stained. Stained mattress cover in frozen themed room.

The house was nice and big and spread out so everyone was comfortable!

There were a few maintenance issues when we first got there but Amit ( Owner) had the maintenance people come out promptly to take care of them! The kitchen was great and fully equipped with everything we needed!

Location

Property was full of mold, hot tub was not hot. We spent 3of our 4 day vacation waiting to see if we had to be shuffled back and forth between properties. We couldn't go to attractions when planned because of this. I am very upset, I worked very hard to put this together for my family and it was ruined as far as I'm concerned. I think I should receive part or all of my money back!

The property was close to everything. It was very clean.

Location, swimming pool, kitchen, the space.

Ants all in the kitchen and bathrooms, Dusty baseboards, fans and furniture, mold on all the air vents, toilet seat was broken upstairs, the pool sticks were all broken, dart board broken with no batteries or darts, the fire alarm system beeped the entire time, the swimming pool lights didn't work, part of the screen was ripped so any animal could get in, the raccoons got into the trash everynight, gum on one of the remotes upstairs, one of the phones upstairs beeped all the time and wouldn't charge.
