The first and foremost positives about this apartment is the convenient location near the Venice Mestre train station as well as just a stone's throw away from the 10 minute bus ride connecting to Venice bus station on the island. There are a few grocery stores and a supermarket in the vicinity if you are looking to cook your own meals. The apartment offers a traditional Italian feel while providing all the modern amenities. It was pretty warm in Vencie when we arrived in early June but the property has good air conditioners that kept the indoor environment pleasant for us. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms (including a master ensuite) and a separate bathroom, which is quite handy for a group of 5-6 guests. The kitchen is bit small but well equipped with all required appliances and a big refrigerator. There are couple of dining areas, one indoor and other out in the pretty little terrace. The host was quite cool and explained us everything essential about the apartment as well as useful tourist information about Venice. The apartment is a great find in the surroundings of Venice with superb connectivity.

If anything to notice, it would be that one of the bedrooms neither has air-conditioning nor ceiling fan, but the host provided a pedestal fan to help keep it cool at night. Apart from this, the apartment stay was really pleasant and much recommended

The location was central -Mestre. Owner helpful and friendly.

Two bath rooms. It situated near bus station and big supermarket. Nice terrace. Private parking.

Host worried too much that we would rob his house =)
