Roomy 2 bedrooms in the 2nd floor, nice patio and living room and kitchen. 2 bathrooms.

3rd bedroom is beside the kitchen and is like the driver / maid bedroom. Light in this room was flickering and was not replaced even after telling the caretaker. Shower handle for both bathrooms broke off. Heater not working in the 2nd floor. Light not working in the foyer. 2nd bedroom was dark as there was only 1 over head light with very low output.

Location is good but not the Owner of the apartment with 3 bedrooms, the 3rd room given was a maids room with washing machine,the beddings are low class. Rooms its not same in the picture

The owner of the Condominium was very rude and communicated on top of his voice ( shouting over the phone ) when he found out that the house cleaner washed the plates. what is the extra cleaning charge

Everything.! The location is awesome just a few hours drive from Manila. The unit was in a great location and ground level which was perfect for my young kids. Apartment was clean and the home owner was always a short call or text away. My family and I were all so happy to stay and we were sad to leave.
