The area was tranquil and relaxing and the pool and some of the facilities were good even though expensive

Too isolated as there weren't any shops or really any restaurants that weren't western European prices. If you don't bring everything you need it will be a very expensive trip for you.

Exclusivity of the place, not crowded

Restos were too pricey. Hope they will put up affordable buffets P499 to P699 range. They can also set up street food market yung di harang presyo!

I like the ambiance. So relaxing

The water is dirty at first but let the water flow and it will become clear. However, the caretaker told us that it is normal in hamilo since the water is filtered.

The unit was clean when we came, there are also towels provided which is a good thing because we forgot to bring our own. Ac was cold and there were a lot of blankets and comforters. The caretaker is responsive. Our stay was worth the price.

What we didn't like is that all through out our stay the water was yellowish and has a smell. Although the caretaker said that it takes time to be clear. We left it open and it took a while to become clear. There are no pitcher for the water but there are gallons provided so make sure to buy lots of ice. Our only concern is the water however we still enjoyed our stay.

The owner gladly moved our scheduled check in due to bad weather.

We were double booked, probably becoz the app has no option to moved dated on confirmed bookings. They endorsed us to new unit owner, but we neded to contact them. A new unit was provided but the microwave and TV was not working. Water is brownish. They were able to replace the defective microwave on our 2nd day but not the TV, its not really important to us though but they offered to transfer us to another unit. Two options, one is bigger unit with additional charge we did not take it, ita not worth it since we will be checking out the next day. 2nd option unit of same size with no assitional charge, we agreed, caretaker told us that she will notify us once she finished cleaning it. We never heard from her after that.

The beach is very nice and enjoyable.

no big bed as specify in the description, the cleaning was not good at the arrival, the towel were wet and no smell good, like already used to warm the water, you need to put it on the floor because no plug in the kitchen the sofa is very uncomfortable… i don’t recommend this appartement. many others are better and no more expensive and the description is true for the other appartement. i am very very disappointed about this apartment. and the owner didn’t reply to me when I told him about all these problems
