The whole facility, the only problem is the water...

the pots and pans are already rusty. also the gas range is not working properly

the apartment is so big for 6pax and everything is there from the kitchen stuffs

the aircon is not working properly. there's some water dripping from the aircon.

Apartment was near the elevator and had it's own cart for wheeling in baggage

1 elevator was broken in the apartment complex so there was usually a line of people waiting to ride the single elevator that was working. The ref in the apartment was also broken and took too long to cool up

The unit was spacious.

The unit/building is a bit old.

property is spacious & good for 8-10 persons bed space

it requires minor renovation as certain areas are coming out from its proper places. also it was not that clean place.

The apartment is clean and the place was nice.

No internet connection

Location and country club is perfect for big groups and kids Activities are nice, enjoyed playing bowling, billiards and darts, forgot sandals and in the bowling -was there for 3 days and it’s nowhere to be found the Crew played the calling here and there. But seems no chance, didn’t end up having it back :(

The stove is so old and broken - heard from technician that it was already reported but they didn’t do anything about it. The host lend her personal electric stove but again it’s so old that we even got grounded/ electrocuted while cooking.. at this point we already lost lots of time figuring out how to eat from long journey. Finally next day, they decide to buy a new one and it worked but coz it’s only one of those portable the cooking always takes time. And if u plan to cook for big groups it’s just really frustrating. And NO INTERNET THE WHOLE STAY.. you would wish they will let you know before arriving but no notification leaving us all no choice.

The room was great all you need are already in one place. The staff was also great and attentive.

A hidden gem in Pico de Loro. loved the unit, very spaceous, lovely view and accommodating owner/staff

No area for barbecue.

The unit is very spacious and clean. Its worth the price for 2nights and 3days staycation. The place is very relaxing we really had a great time in your unit we were able to cook our chosen food no need to eat outside. Thank you Ms Ces and Ms Olive for prompt reply on our text messages.
