We had a great stay. The house was great for entertaining our family, and was well stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely book again for our next trip.

We loved our stay. Everyone loved the location. We did rent a golf cart. The walk to beach is a bit far if you are carrying beach stuff and have little ones. We will stay here again.

All my kids and their partners and my grandson enjoyed our stay. Lots of space. We used the pool every evening. Everything you could possibly need,or want at a beach house. The host was super responsive!

Great place, close to the beach and a great neighborhood . Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of fun for everyone including the pool, ping pong, dart board and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay on Tybee. The home had all the amenities we needed and was fun for the kids having the pool and ping pong table. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Communication with the owners was easy and they gave some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We would definitely recommend.

House had everything we needed. Loved the pool and ping pong table. Deck with swing was a plus. You will want to consider renting a golf cart because walk to beach is tough with chairs etc. There were plenty of chairs and toys there to use.

Amazing property with everything. Within walking distance to the beach; pool; space for everyone; responsive property management. Too hot to enjoy the ample outdoor games in garage area but would have otherwise. Most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented. Plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware & every small appliance you’d possibly need. Plenty of towels & beach towels. Easily the best house we’ve enjoyed yet!

This home was just spectacular. Beautifully decorated. The porch was a family gathering spot during the couple of rainy moments and made great memories. Bedrooms were super comfy! Great location

The house is simply beautiful!! Everything advertised!! Beds were comfortable, pool beautiful and heated as requested. The daybed swing was a hit with all! The owner was so responsive and helpful! Even with the days of rain, we so enjoyed our visit to Tybee! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The house was exactly as represented and Eric was quick to respond to our questions. Great location, plenty of room, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning soon!

The house was perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends!

Over all we had a wonderful time. The property manager was great and the house had everything we needed plus. I left a couple cons and the property manager was right on them. My grandkids had a wonderful time with their cousins.

This property was clean and had a great layout. The location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay.

This is our 2nd Spring break on Tybee and this property was perfect for our group! The pictures are identical to the property and we were able to spread out after a long day and then come together for meals and games. The game room came in handy on rainy days. We prefer South Beach because it is closer to the downtown area. The owner was available whenever we had questions. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10! We will definitely be back

Great property for family vacation, every worked great and plenty of space.

We loved our stay. Property owner was very helpful and communicative. The pool was really comfortable (heated) and kids really enjoyed it and all the games! House was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

Stayed here with 3 other couples for a birthday getaway. Then house itself was great. Beds were comfortable and the house was extremely clean. Only thing that we truly missed was wine glasses. They do have a wagon, chairs, games and toys to take to the beach which was great. Some of the beach chairs do need to be replaced. When we arrived on the island we were greeted with a “boil water advisory”. Not what we were expecting! We were told we couldn’t even use the water to wash our hands. I contacted Property management immediately. While no one knew about it or how long it would last, we agreed to just wait and see. Also had some issue with tv remotes that were not working. Mgmt came over the next day with replacements and even brought us a case of water and ice. Thank you! The water advisory was lifted late the next day so it all worked out in the end. Sometimes unexpected things happen. Eric and the property management were so absolutely wonderful through this whole ordeal and the trip was overall a win. We would rent this property again. 🙂

This home was great for our long weekend getaway! We had four couples and the place was perfect. The home itself is nicely decorated, in great shape, and very comfortable. It's also within walking distance of the downtown Tybee area and the beach. The pool and downstairs game room were great to hang out in after exploring Tybee each day. We also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch which is another great part of this home. We'll definitely stay here again when we return!

We had a wonderful stay in Tybee Island. Eric, the property owner was in constant communication with me, as my stay was the weekend of Hurricane Ian. The house was just as I expected from looking at the pictures. The house was clean and well stocked. The sofa and chairs were not very comfortable but other than that, everything was great! The beds were comfortable. The beach is within walking distance. I would not hesitate to book this house again. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here with a group of 9. Have nothing but great things to say about the property. The house was spacious and clean and the master has the most comfy mattress I’ve ever slept on. Eric was very responsive and communicated quickly.

Such a beautiful beach house! We enjoyed our stay.. we had no problems whatsoever with the home. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool was great to cool off in. I definitely recommend this home and I will be staying here when I’m at tybee.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 teens & 2 infants. Was in walking distance to beach as well as many stores & restaurants. It was very convenient to have the pool & hang out area especially when the babies were napping!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our kids each brought a friend and it was perfect because each set of kids had their own room and bathroom, while we were downstairs in the master. This house had lots of extras I didn’t plan for. There were plenty of beach chairs, liquid soap, etc. - we had packed it all to have enough for our group. Publix wasn’t too far for a grocery pick up and IGA was right around the corner. Our kids loved the ground level with the plunge pool and lots of games to play. We needed a relaxing week away and we found it here.

This house has so many great things to offer. The pool in the afternoon when you need some shade time. The porch is great in the morning & at night! We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Also the game room below was just another spot to hang out. Great house in a great neiborhood.

Our family stayed there during our large family reunion. Our rental was perfect. When it was our turn to entertain. The pool and the ping pong table was especially appreciated. The rental was clean and when we had a small issue it was immediately resolved. Thanks Eric!

This was a great house and great location for a first trip to Tybee. We had four kids under four and the house was perfect for entertainment as well as ability to quickly walk to restaurants and the beach.

House is exactly as pictured, had everything we needed! Short 10 min walk to the beach. Pool is great too. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Would def stay here again and will recommend!!
