The checkin is a little late but the last day could be a little longer

Home is beautiful, comfortable beds, close walk to water park. Pedro was amazing and helped with our check-in. We'll definitely book again.

We really enjoyed having a private pool. Only problem was there’s no hand rails of any kind to help you get in and out of the pool or hot tub. A couple people in the group couldn’t use the hot tub. Lovely house. Good location. Hope to come back.

House has a great location and access to multiple highways and attractions. Community pool was within a short walk. House has room for up to 14 people.

The house is short of kitchen items, for example strainer, glass containers, etc The walls are dirty and some of the cover beds were with dirty spots. I included the heating for the pool and was turned on until the next day noon.

My family and I have stayed at Storey Lake homes over 10 times. Never really had an issue with other property managers, but won't be staying at any FL Scandi properties in the future. TV was broken in one of the rooms. The remotes didn't work for the actual room they were in. We requested late check out. Didn't receive a response, after 7 hours I called and was told no. Check out was at 10am cleaners showed up at 9:42 rushing us out. NEVER AGAIN!

Prompt and helpful communication from start to finish with Florida Scandi via email, text, phone and VRBO messaging. Location was perfect, as we didn't have to travel on the major resort streets to and from the house, avoiding major traffic. Target was within driving minutes. The location within the resort was great as well. It was close to the entrance/exit gates and easy to find. The clubhouse had minimal parking spots, but the house was within a couple minutes walk; even our 3 year old and myself at 6mo pregnant didn't mind the distance. The resort pool, hot tub, lazy river and splash pads were small compated to other resorts we've stayed at, so luckily it wasn't too crowded when we were there. There was an extra cost for mini golf and canoeing. Unfortunately, the bathrooms didn't have any showers, at least the set that was open for use. The house was spacious and clean. There was a decent amount of towels for group use, the washer and dryer were large and efficient, the beds were comfortable, furniture and decor were modern and tasteful. There was not a bin or bench for trash, so we just had to take it out to the street every morning, but it was picked up everyday. Some things others also noted, that I agree with is that the house rugs and carpet on the stairs and 2nd floor need to be replaced as they were matted and worn out. There were several blinds downstairs that were also missing. There are no large pots, pans, bowls for a house this size. The houses are extremely close to each other; literally arms length apart. Lastly, the pool and jacuzzi heat did not work for our arrival day and the pool sliding door was broken. We called the following day during business hours to remedy these 2 issues and maintenance came out right away and fixed both issues. The jacuzzi gets hot‐exactly what we wanted! We requested a refund for the pool heat and they approved it. Just waiting on it to process. Overall we experienced great customer service from Florida Scandi; reservation staff, office staff for day of needs, maintenance and property management staff to resolve issues. We would recommend this house and the rental company.

Our Family really enjoyed this home! From the point of entry everyone was satisfied with their accommodations. The rooms were perfect for my two kids ages 4 and 7 who really enjoyed the pool and game room. They enjoyed watching movies in their room before bed. Loved that every room had a TV and the beds was really comfortable. This home was close to shopping, grocery stores and additional activities. We loved the water park as well!! Best choice thus far for home choices!! We would definitely stay here again!!

This vacation home is exactly what you see in the photos. The home management is very responsive and are on top of anything that you need. The home is very clean and every time we walked through the door it felt like home. I recommend staying here for anyone who is thinking about it.

This property was nicely located to travel to and from Disney parks. The pool and recreation house was nice but way too crowded (supports another community as well) and didn’t allow for outside drinks or food. The servers could not keep up with customers so this was the only real disappointment but not the main reason for our travels. The house was clean and adequate for our 11 guests. Recommend adding more cooking supplies - frying pans were old and need replacement and definitely need serving bowls for prep/serving of food. The beds and bedding were comfy but no sheets for twin pullouts- which was a bonus for our small kids. Overall I highly recommend this house for families heading to the Disney parks, only 6-10 minute travel and easy access to many amenities!

This house was great for a lot of people of varying age ranges! We were within walking distance to the clubhouse, 15 minutes to Disney Springs, and lots of fun was had in our own pool and hot tub. The house was spacious with two gathering areas. However, the game room did not have a ping pong table as listed. We had plenty of towels provided, but the kitchen was very sparsely supplied. No mixing bowls or spatula for the grill. All in all it was a fun week with great weather 😀!

We had a fantastic stay in this large house, located very close to the Hideaway Club and pool. We had issues with the hot tub that were fixed in a very timely manner. As other reviewers have stated, this house does show wear. The carpet on the stairs is very worn and stained, as are the yellow living room chairs and the couch upstairs and in the master bedroom. The house was also missing some kitchen essentials- a colander, vegetable peeler, pot holders and mixing bowls. Overall the house was clean and we had an amazing stay.

This is our second time renting and I will say the house has been “well” used since our last visit. (Note first visit was very enjoyable) At no fault to the owner I do not think renters are reporting issues/things are not getting fixed/updated. The pool had issues (pump/lights/green pool -all week. Mgmt company was to order new part) this made it hard for us to enjoy our own pool. Other than the pool- ice machine was broken/and a few outlets were not operating.

We had a great time in this house. Great location snd able to have a lot of people. One problem listing said 2 king size beds and three is only one but other than that it was perfect for our group

Our family stayed there during Thanksgiving holidays. Great locaiton and great property. A lot of great amenities, rooms and bathrooms. If you have a large family gathering or friends reunion, this is a place for you!

Big clean home super close to disney, worked out great for my group

We all had a blast staying at this property. Everyone loved the pool. The location was close to our parks and we loved that. The only thing I would recommend is more cooking utensils supplied in the kitchen. Missing a lot of the basics. We would definitely rent this house again. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while our family enjoyed their vacation.

The house was as pictured, with the exception of the pool table in the garage. The house met all our families needs and expectations. The house was clean and stocked with the everything we needed. The community center was fun with a friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The floorplan, furniture, and cabinetry/granite are great. The pool, hot tub, and grill in the backyard were so convenient and nice. The downstairs is tiled. When we walked in, our first concern was the state of the walls in the hall--they need to be painted. Housekeeping must not ever clean baseboards as there is significant dust accumulation, looking in the corners just made me feel uncomfortable. But when I turned and saw the stairs leading up to the bedrooms, I wanted to walk out. They are grey from wet kids tramping up and down the stairs, I assume. I called Florida Scandi and told them the carpet needs to be ripped out. Tile everywhere would be preferable since there is a pool on-site and it's a rental. When we got upstairs I saw the filthiest air intake imaginable. We got the vacuum and were going to vacuum the grate, but the vacuum had no suction, so we hand wiped it with Lysol wipes--it was almost completely obstructed by dust/dirt accumulation. Then we found a clean filter in the adjacent closet and changed it. As we were already booked and had a huge group with us, I just told myself that I needed to ignore the gross condition of the carpets, baseboards, and walls, and just try to enjoy my time with family. The rest of the facilities were great. And we had a very nice time. The property just isn't being maintained properly which is really sad, because it is a great place. Daily rain meant one night the pool overflowed and was green the next day. I called and they had the pool guy stop by for an emergency treatment within an hour or so. If they address the concerns listed above, I would definitely stay again.

Overall the property was beautiful & comfortable. We loved everything about it. We will definitely be staying there again if available.

The reserving went great but the property wasn’t very clean. Tile Floor had food Stuck to it. Carpet was dirty and walls had food and handprint stains. Pool was green and filthy and there was no net to clean it.

Everything was perfect. The house is well kept, clean and organized. The interior pictures looks just like the property. I mean all the way around beautiful and a great place for a family vacation.

Property was exactly as pictured. Most of all, the property was very clean and located in a family oriented neighborhood. We would definitely choose this property or other Florida Scandi vacation homes.

We had a few things missing (like I think the last customers thru out the trash can/some drinking cups) other than that, the AC wasn’t working the first day but got someone out the second day to address it. (Luckily it was a cool evening) We had a great stay. House was exactly as the owner mentioned. I would rent this house again!!

All be closer shops

This house was excellent! This was our groups second time staying in this neighborhood as we love the location. The only issue we had with our home was, even after running the jacuzzi for multiple cycles it didn’t actually get hot until our 4th day there. I would recommend this house others visiting the Orlando area. The only other issue I had was having to drive to the rental office to check in. It’s a good distance away from the home especially after a long days travel. My group have been coming to the area for over 20 years and getting the check in instructions via email with the ability to go straight to our home has been the best way for us to check in.

It was the best choice for our family of 10, spacious, nice, clean and the pool table was a plus.

Had a great time good location

The only problem we had was the WiFi was not strong enough and having millions here they were not too happy about that. Also the water was cold most of the time. if those 2 things were addressed this property would be 100% perfect.

My husband and I bought the grandkids to Orlando Florida just for a kick back and relax vacation,boy did we make the best choice choosing this rental everything was great clean kids enjoyed the pool will use this spot again
