Very good location. and I like the vibe of the restaurant on the 11th floor.

So many charges. They charge for an additional blanket, (their blanket is very thin, not the usual blanket for hotels) they charge for early check-in, etc. The room's lighting is very dim. I cannot work at all.

The room and facilities are absolutely great. Will stay here again. What you see in the picture is what you get. Even the wifi is fast.

The environment is noisy coming from the street since our room is on the front side of the building.

The location is inner city Manila. That's what you get.

The staff are lovely, but the restaurant food is awful. The coffee is undrinkable. We waited 25 minutes to be served cold food. I think the extra time was to allow the food to get cold. This was the second cold meal. Our first, we didn't say anything about it. Most things on the menu are not available. At the end of our stay, we were charged an excessive amount because my wife had a nosebleed, and there was a small mark on our linen. It was called damage. This mark would be removed in an ordinary wash. But they had our passports and wouldn't return them. This felt very intimidating. There was no manager to discuss the issue with, and we needed to be on our way to the airport. We were held to ransom. I could not recommend staying here. I would have to say stay away unless you are prepared to be held to ransom. And this is my first ever negative hotel evaluation, so I don't consider myself a serial complainer. Look through the reviews. These issues are consistent despite the responses that this feedback will be considered.

The showerhead was broken,it had some cracks so the water was flowing on two ways.

Cleanliness and orderliness

Domestic water quality must be improved, sodium content is high. Other guest must be fully informed prior check in to avoid alleyway loud conversations in respect to other guest who needs a good rest.

-I got my room upgraded to deluxe king room; 7/11 is nearby; may took 15-20 min ride to NAIA 1; the staff during my check in and check out were very nice, from guards, to receptionist and housekeeper; free 10min hand or back massage provided but I was not able to avail it, I was tired.

- The blanket provided was kinda thin but you can just lower the aircon:); Light was also dim but good for an overnight stay.

The location was great. Near to 7/11, other convenient stores for your sudden needs. And just a jeep ride to Mall of Asia. The spa downstairs was also a must try! It has very accomodating staffs which helped me check in with ease. Facilities are great. Loved the cozy space. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again. Don't hesitate to book. It won't disappoint you. It is a great value for money. 10/10!

I like the ambiance and interior design of the hotel. Having a pool was also a plus but the extra fee for using it was too much. the room was not too spacious but was ok and comfortable. There was free water.

Staff were quite not sure of some questions, like are there towels provided in the pool area etc. the bath room was also too small and no ventilation. the trash bin was full of water because there is no space in the bathroom that was not hit by the shower.
