This property was exactly as shown online with plenty of free parking out front. It was clean and had more than enough space for our family of six. Not much privacy in the backyard and it does get noisy out back with all the families enjoying their clean, heated pools. The patio door blinds are broken, they don’t fully close which doesn’t offer much privacy inside the family room at night. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals at home. The fridge filter needed changing (shows on door) so we just bought cases of water to be safe. Was nice to have the washer & dryer available for use however the dryer needs a proper lint clean out. We enjoyed walking to dinners and always felt safe throughout the property. Would highly recommend this property.

Thankfully they resort came and cleaned it quickly but not a good first impression. The location of the house to the amenities was to be desired. Over 1/2 a mile to the resort pool. For a 4br home that sleeps “10” we were right with 5 of us and there were only 7 total seats in the kitchen and island so not sure if you had 10 where they would eat. Living spaces were extremely small, 3 people in the living room max. Everyone else would have to stand in the kitchen. Overall not impressed with the resort or home. Unfortunately most likely wouldn’t go back.

The rental was spacious for 6 people. The first night we were there the neighbors two doors down decided to stay up all night drinking in their pool talking very loudly over their hot tub. That made it quite difficult to sleep since the majority of the bedrooms are on the backside of the house. We used the hot tub a few times and it was nice. All of the pools and hot tubs are close to each other so as long as everyone respects each other and doesn't scream & party all night...they are nice! The sheets had makeup on them so we weren't sure if they were dirty or just stained. There definitely is a lack of blankets for additional warmth and heaviness on the beds. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom was coming out of the wall. The door heights are crazy high. They are absolutely beautiful, but good luck trying to reach the bathrobe hooks to dry your swimsuits or hang your towels. There were no check out instructions except take out the trash. I had to call the front desk to see if we were supposed to come back to the front office to return our keys and checkout or just leave after taking out the trash. All and all we had a great trip. I think the home just needs a little attention to make it more of a clean and cozy experience. I do recommend some sort of security at night to enforce a curfew. These homes are way too close together for partying!

Loved the private pool and hot tub and the layout of the house. A few recommendations more towels, extra blankets, hand soap and some hand sanitizer would have been a nice touch. The pull out couch had a gross stain on the mattress so we decided not to use it but the bedrooms were great. The pool skimmer was broken-no net, notified them day of check-in but was never replaced. Would definitely stay again, adults and kids had a great time.

When you are traveling from out of town you don't always bring certain items that you usually find in privately owned rentals. This is why we rent privately owned places because they are usually more cozy and stocked with items you don't normally bring on trips. There was a coffee pot but buying filters and coffee is not always possible especially when you have K cups with you since there was no details on the listing. These days even most hotels are moving to a keurig. We found out the first evening that there was no extra blankets or pillows anywhere in the house. You only get one set of towels for each person but for most people you need 2 bath towels to ensure each person enough dry towels. Having a pool and hot tub we found it challenging with the kids to have 1 towel per kid to use for the pool and showering. There was no cleaning products available to wipe down counters. We even had to buy salt & pepper. Most places that we have rented in the past the owners had a lot more items that are not brought when traveling. Having additional information on the setup for the cottage would have been helpful. We had to ask for help with the TV since the kids could not get the sign in to come up for NetFlix like the directions stated so the front desk person had to come to get it to work. Then the cottage was so cold and we could not get it to warm up. After calling the front desk we found out that even though there was a thermostat on each floor they did not run independently. You need to have each level at the same temperature to ensure it works correctly. The cooking utensils and pans were at the bare minimum making cooking not that easy. We ended up traveling home with a lot more than we went down with after our many trips to Target which is very close to the cottage.

My wife and I got it over Christmeas to spend time with our son, daughter, their spouses and our new grandson. plenty of shopping onsite. a Target just off site. Free covid testing site right down the street. Quite, Clean and all the people were so nice. Pool people came quietly to clean the pool and tidy up the area and the maintenance people always had a smile and wave from their golf carts as they removed the trash daily. We are already planning our next trip to the location. I'm known to bbe a little tense but waking up to an hour long soak in a hot tub with a cup of coffee changed my attitude. (Jimmy Buffett joke) seriously. This is a great place at a reasonable price for the week. Do it if you can. We had everything we needed to stay safe and have fun. Another guest from 2 doors down even brought us some food on Christmas day. A quick quite community develops from the serenity you feel. Pet friendly. There is even a little dog park on Fins up Ave. where I could go and play with strang dogs and make new friends while my poor dog was stuck in the cold of New England :-)) If you're looking for privacy, get a unit with your own pool like I did. Otherwise you have a great public pool. What are you waiting for??? GO!!!
