The property was great. Very clean and modern. The instructions for the wifi were incorrect in the app. I called and text several times without any response. One of my guests found the wifi information much later

The location and appearance of the listing made this our first pick for our short weekend in Nashville. Upon arrival the immediate area didn’t seem so nice, but the property itself was clean & pleasant. The walls were a bit scuffed but otherwise all was great. The top floor room was too hot to sleep comfortably, recommend adding cover/tint in the future if it’s being marketed as a “bedroom”. Proximity to both Gulch & Broadway was convenient and there is a garage for your vehicle.

We really enjoyed this property. Clean. Lots of room. Nice furnishings. Close proximity to area Nashville attractions. Loved that the online listing matched the property.

Had planned a sibling trip for my husband and his siblings and the spouses. Two weeks later, one of the siblings unexpectedly passed away. His spouse wanted to still take the sibling trip, so we did. It was the best thing for all of us.

Comfy beds and plenty of space. Response from host was great. Little farther than we thought from gulch and downtown but Uber/Lift rides we available every where. Nice safe area.

This was a great place to spend a few days. Good location and roomy, lots of bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans and a few utensils. The shower on the top floor has poor water pressure though and the towel rack and toilet paper holder were broken ( management was very responsive and offered to fix them while we were there but it was fine). Also would recommend bath mats for each bathroom, more than 1 towel per person for 5 days, a few kitchen towels and washcloth and more than 1 dishwasher pod. Beds are comfortable.

We stayed at this property for a birthday party. The location was great. The property was perfect for couples. We had our own rooms and bathrooms.

Loved the decor! Girls birthday weekend celebration... this was the perfect spot! Close toThe Gulch and downtown Nashville/Broadway! More than enough room for the 6 of us. EXCELLENT communication with property manager. HIGHLY recommend!! Super fun!

I thought the party was great for a guys weekend in Nashville. Large space with a nice setup. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with a nice large open kitchen and living room and a nice outdoor area. The space seemed to be in good condition and the Uber’s were quite cheap to Broadway / Downtown. Would stay here again.

Staying here was amazing! Came for a bachelorette trip and got snowed in! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stuck! The property managers were very responsive when we needed something!
