Very excellent atmosphere. Close to several good food places. The pool was refreshing and the beds were super comfortable! The pillows were absolutely amazing not like the cheap walmart pillows! I fell in love with the place and hated to leave! My husband and I were both happy. Our anniversary stay was amazing!

Great property. A LOT of furniture we didn’t use.

The pool was dirty and a frog would swim in it at night. Someone was at the house nearly every day trying to clean it. A day after I used the hot tub I developed a itchy rash on my legs. The following day someone came out and drained the hot tub and added chemicals. The day we left someone came to the door saying they were from the city and wanted to talk to the owner about the hot tub. The house itself is beautiful but the dirty pool and hot tub ruined it for me

The house was immaculate, exactly as pictured and Bonnie was a pleasure to deal with. We were a group of 7 coming down to see the Cowboys game on Sunday. 1/2. We arrived on NYE and wanted to cook ourselves a nice dinner and watch Michigan in the Orange Bowl. We appreciated Bonnie's grocery store and BBQ restaurant recommendations, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We needed 4 bedrooms for our group. The house was perfect since it afforded us lots of gathering spaces to cook and enjoy each other on our weekend getaway. The hot tub was a bonus which we enjoyed twice. We took a lovely walk to a nature preserve right near the neighborhood. The stadium, Dallas and airport were both within 30 mins. I would definitely recommend this house and location. It may not be great for very little kids, since there are beautiful statement pieces and furniture throughout the impeccable decor, but the yard and pool would be a hit! I cannot think of any other concerns. Oh, and I truly loved all the Christmas decorations that were still up! Was so happy and cheery.

It was very clean and the property owner was available for any questions or problems that was handled in a timely manner. It was also big enough for six adults to enjoy time together but still have our own space. would definitely rent again.

Four girl friends taking an annual trip. Such a sweet repose from the hustle and bustle of working every day. We visited the Stockyards and the quaint town of Waxahachie. Bonnie was just a doll and the house provided all we needed. The hot tub was a great addition to our relax agenda. I would recommend this home for sure. Susan.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owner took very good care of our needs. We were all adults but a family with toddlers might find this house with all the pretties a bit challenging. : )

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Any inconvenience we had were resolved right away. My kids loved the home they call it our Texas house. I would definitely recommend a stay here. I know if we are ever in the area again I'm looking to see if this home is available first.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this place. The house is beautiful. Check in & out were easy. The book for the house provided helpful information not just for the home, but also for locations nearby. We had a couple small issues, but Bonnie & her team were extremely kind and were very quick to respond. The maintenance team was very friendly and helpful. There were 8 of us (6 adults & 2 boys(13yrs & 11yrs)) staying in the home. We had plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the layout allowed for many of us to help with the cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. We used the pool every day we were there and it was great. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again if we come back to there area.

This property suited us well for a family wedding in the area. There was plenty of space, including bedrooms and bathrooms, for three separate adult groups. The outside pool space and spa were an added benefit. The house is furnished with all one needs for comfort. I would not recommend this house for children as the decour it not suitable for Youngsters. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were plentiful and good quality. The owner was attentive to our comfort, checking in during our stay to be sure everything was in good order.

Me an hubby Had a weeknd getaway with 5 other family members to celebrate our 10yr anniversary which by way was a huge success because life is what you make it!! the house was so beautiful an alittle to furnished than other vrbo properties that we visited which is by way no place for small kids. We feel that shes in need of a better house cleaner or extra people the house is way too big for one person to clean and purchase a new vaccum i state house cleaner because the accurancy of the listing has a few flaws it states in a manner that due to covid 19 that they set aside 1day to sanitize /disinfects the home between visitors but be aware its not done by a professional company like i may have missed understood, the cleaner was there at our checkend time which she say it was due to the storm so she granted us a late checkout #verygratefulforthat! Praise the Lord no one contracted covid in this time. We also feel mrs bonnie whom is such a sweet lady needs to add more detail about the kitchen like listing that its not equipped with any food products like salt n pepper which may be due to covid 19 and that she only supply very limited items like paper towels trash bags toilet paper etc so you may come equipped although stores where close. also u dont have access to the whole house there where alot of doors locked an off limit which wasnt a problem but just needed to be listed for the accuracy of the list, me an the hubby was looking forward to some pictures up on the balcony view located in the master suite but had no access. Wish i could give info about the pool an hot tub but due to the weather we never got to enjoy those but the pool guy was there cleaning out storm debri the day of check in also but all in all we made the best of it! not a complaint just a honest review. and again we thank you mrs bonnie for sharing your home.......

This house is great for a family get together- especially in the summer with the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to prepare meals. The furnishings were fun to look at.

The Mansfield stay was fantastic! Home was beatifully decorated and clean. Checkin was easy and Bonnie and the maintenance staff were responsive and readily available. The home and backyard offered plenty of space for our family. The private pool and hot tub was the perfect outlet for fun and relaxation.

Thank you Bonnie and VRBO for one of the best vacations we've ever had. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub was just what the doctor called for. The smoker/grill was amazing. My husband and I manage hotels and we don't get a lot of time to grill and enjoy outside. We felt like we were in heaven. We are now spoiled to the privacy and convenience of staying in a private home through VRBO. I don't think we will be vacationing any other way. 5 Stars to Bonnie for being a wonderful host and helping me through the entire process. From booking to enjoying our stay. Thanks a bunch!

My family want to get away but not be around alot of people because if the pandemic. We had plenty of room to lounge around outside and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All essential were available for cooking and food delivery was easy and quick. This is my family's second stay and we will stay again.

My family and I stayed at this home in June 2020. If you have small children this is not the home for you! The host, Bonnie, is wonderful with communicating with you, I truely believe she is just hired to mange the property and does a good job at that. However, our initial stay was for 12 days, but only stayed 3 because of unsatifactory conditions. Upon arriving at the home, we found several items left from other guest. In the downstairs bathroom a pair of women's spanx was found, hair in the showers of the other bathrooms, the cleaning ladies left their rag on the floor, left over coffee left in the microwave, laundry in the washing machine needing to be changed to the dryer, and broken glass found in the pool by my son who was swimming at the time. The neighbored is very nice and safe, but because of Covid-19 my family and I decided that we didn't want to risk it with not knowing how sanitary the house really was.

Definitely an great place to stay... the host was great! I’ll will definitely rent out again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Mansion. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, Bonnie was great at responding to all our questions and very accommodating! The place was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, even though we didn't really use it to cook any meals. The kids liked the hot tub; the yard would have been fun if it was a bit warmer! It had plenty of space for us to be in separate areas with our adult children, if we chose. It was also wonderful to get together with relatives in town for the same wedding we attended. Thank you for making us feel at home in Texas and sharing your warm weather with Iowans!

We were in town for our sons wedding and this house was the absolute perfect place for us to stay and gather with extended family! It is spacious, decorated beautifully, and the backyard was a wonderful place to gather in the evening to enjoy dinner, the hot tub and have relaxed conversation. We even gathered the wedding party together to assemble the wedding bouquets and centerpieces! So fun! The house was filled with love and laughter and the scent of wildflowers! Bonnie , the property manager is excellent to work with. She is attentive to details and the very best communicator. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You will be so happy you did!
