Noisy people arriving late, slamming doors on the bathrooms, no parking also a little troublesome.

I loved everything! the cleanest bathroom with lots of amenities to share. Comfortable beds. A great common area and kitchen. Super friendly staff. I can see why this place is always fully booked! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Very central, really nice staff, good vibe and easy to make friends, they do activities at night which is fun, there’s 2 balconies out the front which are nice in the evening.

This hostel is very well situated and the dorms with ensuites are very convenient.

This is definitely a party hostel for younger travellers. The noise was constant both within and outside of the hostel where it was virtually impossible to sleep through the night. There is no organization within the rooms, you simply pick an open bed and there was no curtain or divider between the bottom bunks that face each other which was pretty weird and caused my bunk mate to steal my towel to use as a divider. The shower was also full of other people’s toiletries which were left over from previous guests, but because there’s no order to things, cleaning staff would have no idea who it belongs to and new guests obviously wont know either and therefore will not touch it. The kitchen was repulsive despite being cleaned and our room was cleaned/turned over daily but toilet paper was not restocked.

Good location. Looks and feels like a college dorm which I didn't care much for. You can tell they are a popular hostel by the well used bedding and towels. A refurbishment would def make the stay better.

no elevator, if you have heavy luggage you will have to heave them up the stairs.

It was great. Perfect location. Amazing room.

So expensive for extremely basic accommodation. There were hairs on my bedsheets and my room was a very cramped 5 bed, when I actually booked a 4 bed. There was a party going on til 3am one night so could hardly sleep. I told the staff and they said what do you expect.

Super clean and organized. And the location is perfect, close to many stores, restaurants and all the attractions that downtown Queenstown can offer you!

It was everything perfect.

The hostel itself is super central, everything is in walking range. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Beds are actually okay for a hostel. There is a nice terrace around the building on two floors.

It is impossible to get rest/sleep here. People were mildly out of control and if it wasn´t people then it was the night club next door keeping you up. Talked to the neighbours about the noise about 3 times during the stay. The last night there was a wild party until 3.30 am. Never experienced this in a hostel before, usually, people are way more considerate of others.

Location was excellent, I booked several tours and the meeting spot was across the street for all of them. Restaurants, shops and bars were also very close. Staff were lovely and helpful. Beds were comfy!

Really nice hostel. Lots of good fun folks. Comfy bed. Free towel. Privacy curtains. Very central location.

Not much to dislike at these prices. Changing in the bathroom as a tall person can require some extra flexibility.

This was the best private room I've had in a hostel. It was a great size, the bathroom was lovely and the deck was an unexpected bonus.
