Location was the main reason. Nice quiet place in night time, It was very easy to arrange transportation (I used Crab app)to anywhere I was going, (like Bui Vien is in 5 min drive by crabb, cost is 1-2 dollars debends using motorcycle or car).Also there was 7/eleven open 24/7, so you could get beverages easily. For food, just ordered from Crab app if your not in the mood for going outside, but there was many different food places price range 1-3 dollars just around the corner (like grilled pork with rice/Com Tam=1$).Whole street of snale/seafood restaurants are just about 300m away). Small gym but clean! And of course there is 24/7 laundry service, that I used by texting in watchapp.

Didn’t appear as advertised images, kitchen not set up to cook - lacking basics like tea towel, drying rack etc, balcony door very temperamental and often opening by itself as can’t close, duvet too small for king size bed, air con unit leaked

The place was a bit dirty, and the pictures did not match the actual property. Really had trouble registering for the gym facilities. No one was ever there to register my fingerprints

Very misleading room images versus what I actually got. The room looks rundown and old. Water was dripping from the AC to the floor when I checked in the room. Recommend the management team to take care of the place. Paid for 1 night since I already arrived passed the check-in time. Then I cancelled the rest of stay and moved to another place for my trip. Cleaning service is provided after every 5 nights which is lesser than other places.

Clean, in a great location and easy checkin despite not having a 24hr desk.

I think you can get better value for money elsewhere, and ideally would stay at a hotel in future, this accommodation is more like someone’s apartment that is rented out for short term rental. I was required to pay 200k over the quoted price on booking.com as taxes at over 700k a night I think you can definitely find better value for money elsewhere. I booked the location so I could use the gym but was told I would have to wait 24hrs to use the facilities, access needs to be applied for 24hrs prior to arrival when access could probably have already been granted on the card. The apartments was styled slightly different to the photos and the hot water didn’t work in the morning. All up I doubt I’d return, best wishes for your traveling.

The staff were good and very responsive. Gym had decent equipment, pool was clean. AC worked well. Beds were comfy compared to most of Vietnams choice of hard beds. 7eleven, Winmart and a pharmacy downstairs. Check in and checkout was smooth and no hassle.

Apartment does not look like the pictures at all. We had a very standard plain room. Kitchen doesn’t come equipped with dish soap or a cloth to wipe dry the utensils etc. kitchen area and inside the fridge weren’t cleaned well enough as inside the fridge was dirty and had bugs. There were far too many cockroaches. The bathroom sink drain stopper doesn’t lift back up. Small leak from AC if turned on all the time, which in summer it will be.

Room was very clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable as was the lovely memory foam pillow. Room was very quiet, Good location. The owner was really friendly.

The service here is pretty good. Those who need to go on a business trip but want to have a space to relax, this place is ideal. There is a kitchen, a swimming pool, and a gym.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Ok, we have been travelling for two months now and we have never felt so betrayed by a booking... 1) We booked this apartment and asked prior to arriving for a picture of the exact apartment we had booked (which we didn't receive) then we arrived to an apartment that was not on any of the pictures and for good reason (It looked like a uni kid’s apartment that they had borrowed for the weekend). It had a bad mouldy/ damp smell too, the walls were filthy, paint work peeled off etc. 2) Day 2, we moved to a new apartment and yes, it looked a little more like the pictures but equally as dirty, badly finished and to be quite honest, the owner should be ashamed of how bad these apartments are vs the reality. 3) The gym is not included as you have to be a resident in the building. The security guard polices this daily and physically chucks you out. Apartment owner disagrees with this comment and says we are allowed to use the gym, but never shows up to get finger print scanned. 4) The washing machine was not plumbed in correctly and flooded the whole room (like I mean a river running through the apartment). We still had to stay in that room and we were offered yet another room that looked very similar to the first (Bad wiring, dangerous plug sockets etc) so we passed. 5) Overpriced and underwhelming all around. We asked them to cancel our booking the second we walked into the first apartment and they said they would still charge the full amount. I lost trust very quickly with the owners which is not a nice feeling when you have booked a weeks accommodation with them.

The place was very dirty. Dishes were not clean, windows were very dirty, showers smelled and were full with bugs, hair all over the place from ?? The sound of the tv in the master bedroom did not work. The place stank like bad food. We could not use the pool all day. Not worth the price we paid

Do not recommend. - the room smelled like cigarettes - the room did not look as on the pictures - the first day we could not enter the 7th floor (pool & gym) as the card we were given did not allow entrance - we had to cancel some of our plans in the evening to come back to the hotel to have the entrance card fixed - the second day we find out the pool is closed, this was never mentioned. Had we known this during our stay we had selected another hotel and worst, some of our stuff was missing and when we asked about it we have not received any reply whatsoever. All communication stopped and they cancelled our booking (not sure why?) on the last day we were there. We’re unhappy with our stay here. It was not worth the money we spent.

Very rude to stop communication after we asked about where some of our stuff went as this was missing.
