The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with young kids. The onsite restaurant and oceanfront pools were wonderful. Can't wait to come back in the fall!

The property was fine. However the "Orange Crush" event made getting back to the condo Saturday night a real nightmare. Had I known about that event, I would not have booked something at Tybee.

Condo was spacious. We have three young kids and the kid room having 3 twin beds was a great feature. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Even though we didn’t bring our dog, I loved how the room had a dog kennel available. Couch was comfy. It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the room. It was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was very nice! We’d stay here again!

The property management staff, Doreen, Stacey and Heather were very helpful at checking, during our visit, keeping us current with the weather and at checkout. Tybee Island was accessible within walking distance to local shops; beautiful sunrise and sunset beach strolls. Easy drive to enjoy Savannah historical district. This condo has a great location and is very easy to get to the beach. It is a very short walk. You can see the beach boardwalk from the balcony. It doesn't have a direct beach view which made the price more affordable for us. The condo was very clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The onsite office is nearby and we loved stopping by to get recommendations for restaurants and island activities. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to come back in the winter this year.

The condo was so gross. Food on beds, dirty floors, and no fitted sheets. Pillows and mattresses were stained. The kitchen was not stocked well. The bunk bed room was so bad with food all over the bed, was never cleaned. Kids didnt even stay in it. Everything in there is old. rugs on floors were gross. Stacey the manager was so rude, grabbed stuff out of my hand when I was trying to explain what was wrong. Said " I know how to read". She said she would not tell me who her manager was because she didnt have to tell me. She rolled her eyes. I said I guess we will leave. She said when are you leaving, what time. I am on vacation and she treated us horrible. She really should not be working there in customer service. She never apologized for anything. I would like to know who her boss is still. She is awful. The list I asked for never even was completed. I spent 1000s to stay and it was not worth it. We have stayed at Beachside 2 other times and it was great. Wont be back, needs new management.

The location is great, however the floors were filthy. We called the desk and they had some come to "clean" them again - they weren't much better than prior and they left a huge pile of bait next to the bed. For what they charge for cleaning I should not have had dirty feet.

Fine accommodations. Perfect place if you are out and about alot and need a place to shower & rest your head. On-site restaurant is great and the pool was nice too, though slightly undersized. We enjoyed and will be back someday.

The place was so fiflty our feet turned black just walking across the floor. Most of the outlets would not hold a plug either. The sliding door was broken to the front room deck which was very inconvenient. All the drawers to furniture in the master were broken and not usable. The master tub was black with filth and we cleaned it, the jets were full of mold and could not be used. There was no dustpan, so we bought one. There was not enough flatware to last a day. The beds were sandy and some of the sheets had stains. For as much as we paid we were dissapointed to say the least.

Within a few minutes with bare feet the bottom of our feet were black. We complained to property manager and she sent two cleaning ladies who brought a mop and some spray stuff while we waited on the balcony. Seemed clean after that but again with a little while our feet were dirty again. They must be using some really weak cleaning products . Very gross !!!

Awesome family vacation with our pets

Clean and perfect for our 4 adults, 3 kids, and small dog. Small but very clean pools with restaurant/bar attached, we enjoyed pina coladas while watching the kids swim! Easy walkable access to the beautiful beach and a short drive to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was either there or nearby. I liked having a pool and the beach within walking distance. I'm looking forward to returning with my grandchildren, but there is an issue with the plywood.

No problems whatsoever had a great time definitely will be back

It was a great place to go with pets or children. Great location right on the beach. The hottub was not working when we went and it would have been good to know that beforehand. But otherwise it was perfect!
