We had a lot of family come in from out of town and needed multiple places to stay. This was one of the houses. We didn’t get to use a lot of the amenities because of all of our activities but there was a sauna and jacuzzi available and in the summer a pool. The house worked for our needs and the owner was so kind checking to make sure we had everything we needed. I was only there one night but the bed I was in was very comfortable. This property was quite a bargain compared to the others we looked at.

Came to VA Beach for some golf with the boys, the house had plenty of space so we all had our own rooms, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, great living room to stretch out and relax after playing 18 each day.

We enjoyed staying at this property when our family of 11 came to town for a family wedding. It was convenient to everything we needed. The spaciousness was a great value when we each needed to get ready for the big day. The hosts were very responsive and always accommodating. We’d stay here again if we were ever in the area.

This place was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, easy, convenient, and very friendly and helpful hosts. 10/10 recommend, and we would stay here again any day. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

The Perfect: Property owner was very friendly and available. House was clean with plenty of space, supplies, and fun games. Beds were VERY comfortable, and being a coffee enthusiast, there were plenty of preparation options. My family of 7 and 1 dog loved having access to horse viewing in both front and back of property (cool mini horse that’s fat and rolls around on the ground). The house was warm, and plenty of hot water for everyone. 3.2 miles from the beach, and 3 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and 15 minutes to the board walk, which was extremely convenient. Family members ages 22-83, dog age 9, all approved and had a great time. The Bad: VRBO charges ridiculous fees on top of the rental cost, and taxes are insane. I understand the politics of it (padding hotel lobbyists pockets), but it takes half the money the owner could receive. Honestly, I would’ve gladly paid the owner more if it meant less taxes and fees. That’s simply not fair to the owner. Conclusion: 6 Stars for the property 1 Star for VRBO 1 Star for Virginia Taxes

Our family got together to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The house was perfect! It was big enough that we weren't tripping over each other (6 adults, 3 teens, a 6 year old and 3 dogs) but cozy enough to be enjoyable. The grandchildren loved feeding the horses! All in all, a great trip!

Positives. Large house met our needs. Horses were great. Enjoyed hot tub and firepit. Lots of food nearby. Negatives. Some beds would not be useful to most groups. Sunlights above beds ruin sleep. You have to spend your last evening there cleaning because with all the cleaning you are required to do checking out by 10am is tough (wash, dry, put away dishes, wash, dry, put away towels, sort and remove trash).

Great, big home. Pleanty of room for all the family. The home is very conveniently located. It was minutes to grocery, beach, restaurants. We took a hike at a national forest. What I enjoyed the most was playing pool and having an outside fire with the grandkids. Plenty of activities for the family. I am definitely planning on returning!

This is a beautiful property owned by great people. The house is roomy where everyone can have their own space but many places to hang out together as well. Wonderful views of their horse farm from front and back windows. Horses are friendly and beautiful. Dave the owner/property manager was very friendly and attentive. Easy access to beach. Close to town but feels peaceful and secluded. Great neighborhood quiet and feels safe. I would highly recommend this vacation rental you will enjoy it with no worries.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There was plenty for the kids to do, they were thrilled to have a pool to Jump into after a day at the beach. The teens enjoyed giving carrots and apples to the horses in the backyard. Recommend as a perfect getaway for a large family group!

Overall, we loved our stay here. There were between 8 - 10 of us since we didn't arrive at the same time. The most enjoyable amenities were the pool, the hot tub, and the sauna. We played pool, had smores at the firepit, fed the horses, and visited the beaches. We did, though, have some disappointments. For example, there was no bath soap, insufficient toilet paper and paper towels, hardly any laundry detergent, and no salt and pepper. We had to purchase all of these items. The air conditioner in the house wasn't working correctly the first day but was fixed the next day. The air conditioner in the room with the pool table stopped working. I think if the owner had been present, maybe, he could have attended to these items, however, he was away. There were several little things that should have been fixed, however, they didn't take away for the great fun and relaxation we experienced here.

We had our first family vacation. There were 10 of us and we were spread out nicely throughout the house. The house had all the amenities you could think of. The host, Dave showed up on our first day and gave us the lay of the land. He also responded very quickly and came back when we had a couple questions because we couldn't figure something out. Everything was clean. A little worn in places, but that just means it's loved. The horses were an added bonus for us to enjoy watching every day and they loved all the carrots we fed them. Our family had a great time hanging out and making new memories together.

This was our first family vacation to Sandbridge, VA and we fell in love with this area and space. This property was spacious, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of things for our family to do. Close to the beach but yet far away enough to have privacy. We loved our daily visits from the horses and swim in the pool after the beach. We plan to vacation in this area again in the future.

We had a lovely family vacation. While we did venture out to the aquarium, dolphin tour and aviation museum, we spent more time at the VRBO. We played pool, fuse ball. And learned how terrible we are at ping pong. The hot tub on the front deck was a lovely place to spend the afternoon. We watched the horses from breakfast on the front deck and from the picnic area out the back door in the evening. We have two family members in wheelchairs. The owner checked on us the first night and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to access their beds. We have two dogs. It is rare to find a location that allows animals and is wheelchair accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The property is beautiful, clean with so many activities to do. I will recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Virginia Beach. What a great experience.

We had a great time time, and the house/property was probably one of the main reasons. We were there 5 days and it rained 3 three of those days. The living area is giant and we spent a lot of time there playing games and being together as a family. We cooked three big meals and the kitchen was big enough with more than enough supplies to make those meals. We would definite stay there again! It was close to the beach and also grocery stores/walmart and restaurants

We loved this place. Everything thing we needed. Hosts are very welcoming and quick to respond. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, fun for kids of all ages, and horses to greet each morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this property. There were 14 of us total from 50yrs old to 7 months old. The area was great lots to do and places to eat at. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The set up of the rooms was a little odd but it worked ok for us. Had some trouble with the internet but that could have just been a fluke for us. There are few minor things that could use some updating especially for price of the rental. The owners were very nice and prompt at responding to any issues! Overall we still give it 4 stars 🌟

David was extremely accommodating during our stay. We had an issue with the washer and he was there in no time at all to resolve the issue... The pictures do not do this house justice... It had everything we needed and more. Beach is only a short drive away. Only thing I didn't like was that we didn't book longer.

We had an amazing stay at the Seahorse! Lots of room for family and kids to spread out inside and out! Great layout with a master suite wing, plenty of bathroom area for all! Pool table and game room were loved by the kids! Bonus outdoor views with horses ready to greet you every morning! (They loved the apple slices we shared) very close to the beach, shopping, and dining! We will definitely be back! The owner was amazing and very helpful! 😊

Great and gracious hosts provided a wonderful home in a very convenient location while we were in Virginia Beach for my oldest son's Celebration of Life. This home has virtually everything that any age group(s) might enjoy or require, including a hot tub and sauna, comfortable beds and is fully stocked for cooking, playing or relaxing. My granddaughters will always remember getting to be near and interact with the horses.

House is beautiful and large, very charming and welcoming. Pet friendly a bonus. When they say they have supplies and accommodations they mean it. They had children toys, furniture, even a stroller, we didn’t need them but impressive they had them. Lots of room to move around and plenty to do. Don’t need to leave the property if unwinding is in your plan. Close to grocery and other shopping as well as restaurants. I highly recommend. And if the opportunity arises will rent it again.

We had a wonderful time. Lots of options/activities for everyone. A great kitchen for preparing our Thanksgiving meal!

This property was very close to everything you need shopping, the ocean and for us the venue. Great for large party's. We enjoyed waking up to watching the horses as we drank coffee.
