BUT! So much noice. I don't know if there is a difference compared to where your room are, but I had 413 at the top floor. And the traffic noice that starts early in the morning is impossible to ignore. Walls and door is also "paper thin" so you will get a full update from the room next to you if they are the vocal kind..

Clean, kind staff, good assistance, the room is spacious, and the location is near almost everything. I can order grab without corkage, and there's room service. I encountered some issues during my stay, but the hotel assisted me.

Door jam has been broken what looks like many times. Giving the impression people have broken in. It is not expensive to fit metal rather than what looked like wood glue.

Fridge in bar broken. Drinks were warm. Pool was green & not maintained, couldn’t use it. Room door did not lock, we only realized this on day two, so our belongings we constantly at risk of being taken. We informed the hotel but nothing was done about it & we were not given another room.

Everything except breakfast and no shuttle service. Amazing staff, spacious and clean room, convenient location.

Much better than higher priced hotels. Very luxurious in a well planned room. The bed was very comfortable, a pleasant surprise for the price I paid. Check in was seamless and the staff so accommodating that you’d think that you stepped into a 5 star hotel! Will definitely book again 😊

Dea Team, We would like to let you know how disappointed we are with our 4night stay in your hotel. We stayed from 12th of April till 16th 2023. At 1st night we were in a room where we can hear loudly the karaoke or band from the other side of the street and we thought it is only for that night so we endured the 1st night and on the 2nd night it was still the same even if it was raining hard we can still hear the music and it was so disappointing. If we only knew that the rooms of the hotel doesn't have sound proofing at all we will not book it in the 1st place since you can hear the noise from the hallway, pool area and the music from the other side of the street. So we decided that we will request to shift our room since we will no longer can tolerate it. and on our 3rd day around 2:30PM we told to the staff in the receptionist that we would like to shift our room and they said that they will look into that and we even said we will come back in the evening. and when we came back in the evening the receptionist name Daniela doesn't have any idea with our request that we made that afternoon and she said that no one referred any request. so we informed her that we would like to request to move to other room since we are staying for 4nights and we will no longer cannot tolerate the music and all. and she said "she cannot do that since they are fully booked". we know that hotel is not fully booked at all and when we were like asking we need to talk to your manager she said NO Manager is available in the evening and the manager is only available in the morning from 10AM. Like what kind of hotel doesn't have a Manager in-charge 24/7 ?! and when she knew that me and my partner was angry she then offered to look at a room available. and for me why you need to lie in the 1st place saying no available room because it is fully booked and after 5 min you will say to look for the available room?!! Lacking of customer service at all!!!

The room was street facing and very noisy in the morning

The location was great and the price was even better. We had to delay our stay by a day and the staff assisted us so we were able to stay a day after which we appreciated. The pool is nice especially when the weather is hot (in the morning). The facilities looke well kept, this is our second stay here and it definitely is not the last.

Parking is not easy sometimes, there are just a few spots but you can always park on the street since the guards watch your car. But I do understand that most people who stay here do not bring their cars so it is fine.
