Clean and friendly staff

WiFi connection was too slow that I had to use my hotspot for me to work properly

Great location! Very accessible to everything. Smooth check in and out.

So outdated. Old worn out towels and linens, pillows. Bed not comfortable. TV and fridge really of no use. Elevator is so slow. Level of cleanliness is quite poor.

Late service when too busy.

The room was spacious, enough for 3 adults and 1 child. The aircon was cold, the TV placement and size were ideal. The was a long working desk with outlets. The view was facing street was ok. Parking was available for free.

The checkin process was very long. We waited for a considerable amount of time, maybe 20-30 minutes. There was some trash left on the drawers. The hot shower was not particularly hot. The bathroom had a foul smell. The end of the shower curtains were turning brown. The rooms service was extremely slow. Had to wait half an hour each for service.

The strong water from the shower as well as the big double sized bed, fast checking out too.

1. Front desk staff from both check-in and check-out are grouchy. Front office staff is not kind enough to further explain payment issues from online reservation, she felt obliged and made us feel like we can't get what she was trying to say, well in fact she does not take time to explain it well. She also calls for the next guest in line and makes them wait while still attending to the previous guest on check-in. Check-out staff just called us out to say, "ok na po." No smiles, no thanks, no please come again. 2. Aircon is noisy, no control to adjust the thermostat. 3. Rough beddings. 4. Corridor is cluttered with room service carts.
