Not so clean

Great location and distance to walking street Clean rooms, friendly staff Great breakfast

Had an issue with the AC leaking water but staff fixed within 30 minutes

- Staff is outstanding in the bar and restaurant area and at reception. Everyone very helpful, cheerful and friendly. - Elevator is very good - The food at the restaurant was very good, and the red wine was great and the cheapest I'd found since being in Philippines. - Great price for shuttle (private vehicle) to the airport at Clark; it acutally was cheaper than what I paid for private car from airport to hotel.

- Internet is virtually non-existent in room. Cannot even access email, it is extremely slow. Found this to be true even downstairs in the lobby and restaurant area. An IT person came to the room and installed a room router but he was unsuccessful in getting it to work because the signal was very very weak. = Hotel definitely needs a makeover. Rooms are big but very outdated and old furniture and walls. - Getting into the shower is very dangerous as the bottom of the tub/shower is very slippery and nothing to hold onto to keep from falling. - Rooms are very noisy as the floors are all marble and people stand out in the hallways talking loud and the sound reverberates throughout the floor.

Check in was poor. Did not have information that that rooms in second block did not not have lift facility..was given a room on fourth floor! Asked to be changed and finally got in main block with lift facilities. No tea/coffee facilities. Had to request for kettle and cups. For a resort status hotel and in executive room this was not good.

I loved the jacuzzi rooms. The water pressure was great and so was the hot water. The pool was open 24/7 which is unusual but a great amenity. Security was great too

It was a little pricy but it was good.

Food was excellent and the pool area relaxing.

Rooms looking a little dated given all the new accommodation in the area.
