Excellent hotel apartment with excellent location,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Omar ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about Venice ,supermarket, and restaurant train station are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staycity aparthotel to everybody, whether an individual or a group (family), who intends to visit Venice! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Staff were nice, room was clean and comfy. Location was good, close to bus stops and train station, very easy to get to main island. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The shower room should install a holder for private toiletries. I use my own toiletries for shampoo and shower during traveling and find it is very inconvenient without a holder.

very good value for the money, comfortable, very nice and close to the train station. Friendly staff, we loved it!

Near the train station, however we didn't hear any noise from trains. Great views, had room at 9th floor. You can find supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, one big double bad. We had breakfast in our last day and it was very good, especially the pastry products. The staff is amazing, helped us in any matter. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Sometimes, the fridge and the TV(closed) were noisy but wasn't a big issue.

very clean and new, helpful, friendly staff. 4 min walk to train station straight to Venice (8min train ride) spacious apartment, lovely staff upgraded our room. very close to good restaurants and supermarket (2min walk) bathroom was great. location was very safe and new.

laundry machines are small 6kg machines and cost seemed a little high (5euro per load)

There was not a light above the mirror in the barhroom.

Close to supermarket, bus stop, and train station. Lying on a comfortable bed watching Netflix on TV. Wide shower room. Nice kitchen. Washing machine available upon reservation. Especially super friendly but also professional staffs!

Omar and his manager upgraded our room to a bigger one. it was good gesture by them. really appreciate. rooms were clean. kitchen was well equipped.
