My family had a wonderful weekend at this property in Wells. WE enjoyed all of the space to comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 3 toddlers. The house was extremely clean, centrally located, and had everything we needed! April is a chilly for a ME vacation, but worked for all of us. We can only imagine how wonderful this house is in peak summer season. Thank you!

While searching for a perfect vacation rental to spend time with family and friends during kids' spring break, we came across this property. This is a gem of a property. The location, the property size, number of rooms, and amenities, everything were spot on. Especially, the kitchen and the dinner place were huge. We enjoyed spending every moment there. If we ever come to Wells again, we will surely rebook this property. Highly recommended.

We loved that there was a good yard around, they have toys for kids onsite and chairs for the firepit. House was clean, they had soap and paper products on site as well which was very nice.

I would have preferred 2 queen sized beds instead of the bunk beds.Our ages ranged from 87 years old to the youngest being 51yrs old.and there were 8 of us,4 daughters 1 adopted daughter and 2 daughter in-laws.We loved the home.

Great property for both family and friends to visit. Layout of the house allows everyone to have there own space.Close and convenient to everything,markets,restaurants the beach. Definately recommend this property.

We vacationed at this home with a large, mixed ages family. Overall the experience was good. It was a great house for a large family. However, the mattresses on all the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They all need to be replaced. We were so uncomfortable we left a night early. Also the listing is very misleading for the bathrooms. There are only 2 showers for 12 people. That was a little surprising. Ryan was a great communicator throughout the entire process.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property in Wells. We were a mixed group of adults, teenagers and children and the house suited everybody’s needs excellently. Ryan, the property manager, could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we secured the rental he communicated with us on any questions we had. Furthermore, he was always available and receptive and timely to address any questions we had once we arrived. The house was spotless and everything was ready to go. In fact, Ryan went out of his way when we got there and found that we had no transportation from the train station in Wells to give us ride to the house due to a lack of taxi service. Ryan very graciously came over and picked us up, and further more insisted on getting us some takeout since it was late in the evening and not much was available for delivery. He even gave us a ride back to the train station when it was time for our departure. I would say the best feature of this house is the large kitchen and deck on the back. We were able to cook some delicious family meals - together; no small accomplishment for group of nine people! Also the configuration of the bathrooms was great for having adults and kids. Another great feature of this house was the two car garage which allowed everyone to pack up for the day etc. for arrival, departure or the beach without fighting the mosquitoes etc. I have searched for houses directly on the beach and have yet to find any with all the accommodations this one has at this price point and this is a five minute drive to Wells Beach at the most.

The location is very private, but is centrally located to all the things we love in Wells! Very clean, large shareable space, and Ryan made everything effortless - a great manager.

Spent a wonderful week in this home, 5 adults and 6 children.. Home is very spacious and well equipped- about a mile to the beach. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Spent our last evening making s’mores in the fire pit.

This is the third year we have rented this house and we plan to rent again next year. It fits the needs of our family perfectly. The weather was great this year as was the water temperature. The house also affords a place to hang out when the weather is not good or you just need a break from the beach. Ryan, the property manager, was and always has been quick to respond to any questions we might have. Great week and looking forward to many more!

Great common areas for meeting; host very responsive to questions and helpful. Walk to Congdon's Donuts! Yum! Home decor is dated but all very clean and functional. Large dining area comfortably accommodates 12 for family meals and game time.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The place is very comfortable as we were 4 adult siblings and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is large and great for multiple cooks. Living room was very comfortable too.

Nice place in a quite location. Very clean. We were a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed their stay. Kids had a blast playing inside the house and outside in the huge backyard. Some of us even walked to a nearby beach...We did not get to explore Wells but seems like a nice town to visit again. Only recommendation would be to have basic necessities like dish washing liquid, enough toilet paper/kitchen towel for entire stay. I guess due to Airbnb many of us have come to expect these and were not prepared to run to a store early morning.

This is a great home! Very quiet property, clean, airy and all the amenities of home. Had a great, relaxing time there. Would definitely look at renting again!

We were a party of six adults and four children travelling for a family reunion; we chose this house because of the size and general layout, and it didn't disappoint - we had plenty of room for our group without feeling like we were on top of one another, and the house is close to the beach and numerous shops, restaurants and activities, with parking for at least three cars. Ryan was very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

The house was great! Once again, we had a wonderful week at the house. Lots of space for everybody, love the garage for the kids to play, and the new table was perfect! thank you!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our week in this secluded home in a great location, close to everything. It was a perfect size for my entire family of 6 adults and four small children. Plenty of privacy for children to play outside. Ryan was extremely easy to deal with and responded quickly to all of my questions. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

My family and I were thoroughly impressed with this beautiful home. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. Everything we needed was available. The beautiful dining room table accommodated all of us nicely. There was plenty of sleeping space. Close to everything, but secluded and quiet. Firepit in the backyard a plus. Ryan is extremely nice to work with. Would definitely love to go back.

Amazing house! Loaded with everything for cooking large meals, plenty of kitchen storage space, very private but close to stores & beaches. Much room for all of your people and with huge deck and all bedrooms are roomy and family friendly. Feels like home.

Pictures are realistic & new table has been provided. The 6 of us that spent the weekend had plenty of room, all that was needed & then some. The property was awesome. Ryan was fabulous to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Only thing missing would be a tv channel listing & no big deal. I would definitely rent this property again!

Spacious, plenty of sleeping area. Nice private location but close to all the action. Only the upstairs was a central air conditioned so it got pretty warm on the first floor. One suggestion would be to have a channel guide available to guests who are not familiar with the local TV stations. Also an umbrella for the patio table would have been helpful. We loved the fire pit and the Adirondack chairs. Loved having two sinks in the kitchen and plenty of counterspace. Home was clean and kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. Owner was responsive.

We had a family weekend in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us who made the trip. The house is well-maintained and has a great layout for groups of people to gather and enjoy themselves. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home to other travelers on VRBO.
