Beautiful property and nicely decorated with a wide view of the ocean and crashing waves. Would be an ideal place for whale watching. The hot tub was definitely a perk.

Stunning views in well equipped home.

The house was perfect for us, our son and daughter-in-law, and two tots (4 and 8 yrs old). It was spacious, well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, spices, etc., and had a beautiful unimpeded view of the ocean. The sandy beach itself was a short walk away along a very quiet road. The town of Yachats was about a 1.3 mile walk - very pleasant. Look forward to visiting this location again!

The house had a fabulous location with ocean view up close! Almost 180 degree views from windows in house. Cool days were perfect for sitting in the hot tub.
The main bed was extremely comfortable.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend to others.

My daughters and I stayed at this house for a spring break trip. The house looked right onto the beach but it was crashing into the rocks so you can not walk straight onto the beach from your location. However if you walk farther into the neighborhood there are stairs that take you down to a calm sandy beach. It was nice to wake up in the morning and watch the waves break while eating breakfast.
The location is good but the town is small so if you want a bunch of restaurant and store options you should choose a larger city. We had to drive 30 minutes either way to go to Florence or Northport.
The house was super clean and the open floor plan was great for our family. The furniture is a little dated but very comfortable. The bedrooms are nice but if you are traveling with young kids you will want to know that the master bedroom is on the completely opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. There is also a door into the master bedroom incase that makes you uncomfortable since you are on the ground floor.
Overall our stay was wonderful and I would recommend this rental to others. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing.

This home was our favorite house we have been to because of the beach access and overall functionality of the home. Our kids enjoyed the stay so much and didn’t want to come home. We were in town to visit my elderly grandmother and introduce her to our newest addition to our family.

6 of us ladies from Texas came to the Oregon Coast and we were blown away by the beauty. The location of the house was so perfect for viewing the ocean and listening to the waves. The house had everything we needed for a couple days stay. The only downside was there was a semi-strong moldy odor in the home. I’m guessing this was from the salty moist air and heavy fog that accompanied most days. Other than that, I want to go back!

Everything was accurate to photos and description. Easy check-in and check out, perfect location in peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to beach and town, working hot tub, beautiful views, and you fall asleep to the sounds of the pacific ocean. I would say the only negatives for us were that we couldn’t figure out how to take the entire hot tub cover off and we would have liked a coffee pot/keurig to make coffee at the house, even if we needed to bring our own coffee/k-cups. Definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again!

This house is awesome! Love that it had 2 king beds and 2 full size couches. The hot tub and grill were a perfect way to unwind from a beach day. Talk about amazing views! We will be back for sure! Thanks so much.

The pictures of the views truly do not give the property justice. After a 9 hour day of driving, the open living room with picture windows staring at the ocean tides was breathtaking. Since traveling with another couple, we thoroughly enjoyed the double couches and recliners that were situated in front of the picture windows so both couples could soak in the natural beauty. Great area for exploring nature, trails, and small nearby communities. We would love to bring our family back for more exploring and relaxing.

Family retreat at the coast. The house was roomy and well equipped. Just steps from a beautiful walk along the rocky shore - close enough to walk into town!!

The house was very nice and the location was perfect! Very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. Stop in and have dinner at the Drift Inn, their food was great!

My adult daughter and I stayed for a short get away. It was rainy and hailed the entire time bit we barely noticed because the views from the 3 were beyond fantastic! The house was well stocked and clean. The hot tun was hot and ready for us. Fantastic trip. Can't wait for our next trip!

This house is located right on the water along a gorgeous part of the Oregon coast and close to a sweet little village. Great views and opportunities for long walks in beautiful settings. The house itself is well designed for comfortable, casual living and offers great views from almost every room. It is very well maintained and managed by a thoroughly professional company. We look forward to returning numerous times.

We stayed here with two other couples. What a perfect place. The views were incredible, the beach is just outside of our doorstep. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The windows were crystal clear. I don't know how they get them so clean. We loved the hot tub which was tucked away perfectly at the end of the deck with a patio cover. It was spotless and the temperature and jets were lovely. Check-in was a breeze. We had a nice great walk into town. We highly recommend this beautiful house and look forward to staying here again!

Spacious and well designed house. All the bAsics and kitchen equipment we needed. Could have used instructions for the tv. Best part, unobstructed ocean views, quiet, private neighborhood, walking to beach, close to town. We would definitely go back.

Loved the location, the house and the hot tub was very clean. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items and dishes and glasses. I think the small area rugs should be replaced as they are looking a bit worn but were still clean. Excellent place to stay!

Hair in bedding, in coffee cups ,flies no fly swatter , kitchen un organized cooking utensils in several drawers pot pan scattered . Ripped wall paper , dirty walls and unswept floors , dinning room table dirty. No board games like advertised, no instructions on how to use the frontroom tv/cable/satellite system very confusing, outside trash can was full upon arriving . No garage opener only use inside wall one after searching for it .

Ocean view windows!!
Amazing house to stay in while in Yachats! Super close for walking into town and the beach. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of utensils and gadgets in the kitchen for meals and cooking. Hot tub was a huge perk and enjoyed it! Hope to visit again !

Awesome view
We only had one night at this great property with a beautiful view of the ocean crashing the shore at sunset. Just right in a nice little town full of charm.

Clean and beautiful
We loved our stay! The kitchen is well equipped, but there is no coffee, tea, sugar, milk to start the day, so come prepared in case you arrive late. The burners on the range are fussy, working intermittently. Oven was good, tho. I think this was the cleanest holiday house I've ever rented! Lovely house and location.

Great time in Yachats
We had a great 2 family stay at this property in Yachats. Our 5 and 2 year old were with us as was our friends and their 3 year old. The house layout worked great with master on one side and 2 rooms on the other. House is a little dated, but it is the Oregon coast and a a lot of them are. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did bring own crockpot and rice maker for planned meals. View of ocean was priceless and was great to have deck with front row view. The hot tub was necessary as well. We went on walks down the road and along the coast line. Town and market was just a very short drive. Ventured to Newport one day and spent the rest of our time relaxing at the house. Would recommend!

Beautiful view in a spacious home!
We had a wonderful time at this property and would certainly stay again. When the weather was warm and sunny we sat out on the large porch and watched the waves. When the weather turned, we simply watched the waves from the large windows of the living room. Plenty of space for my self and my family. Close to town and on a very quiet road.

Seven seniors gone wild!
We loved the view. The house was perfect except for a few things. Seven women, seven towels and wash clothes. It was fine but nice to have a few more. With the wind, the garbage can opened and had to pick up garbage everywhere. Maybe just a bungee cord would help. As seniors, we have stayed at places that offered three nights for the price of two. We will visit again. Thank you

love this place
Gorgeous view from expansive living room windows. On a very quiet road, great for walking. Good sized kitchen that is well stocked. Very clean throughout. The four of us are in our 70's and will definitely be back.

Pathetic experience
Where to start.
1) Customer Service both for VRBO as well as Meredith Lodgings sucks. Just talk, no action. Maintenance was supposed to arrive to look into issues. They never did.
2) Bad Furnishings - Bloodstains !! Looking at the feedback I had requested if it's possible for the owner to deep clean the same. No action, no response.
3) Window Blinds Strings didn't work. Very little hot water.
4) Hot tub which was a key selling point didn't work and I was told by Meredith Lodging that it had broken down 1 day before my arrival. That's so convenient.
All in all pathetic experience at what could have been an amazing experience. Will avoid both VRBO and Meredith Lodging properties going forward.

Needs good clean & some TLC
Loved the view and the location to things we wanted to see. The home could use a good cleaning (the floors left my feet brown on bottom.) The sheets were very rough and the blanket was dirty. Several outlets didn't work and one smelled like it was burning when we used it. Just OK place. I have stayed in worse but usually much better.

Yahachts Perfection
Excellent property with beautiful view and amenities, loved the hot tub, property manager was excellent, great job!!!! We loved our stay so much, hated to leave!

Overall amazing experience with a few caveats
The beds could use an update as the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, the hot tub jets and the stove were not working properly and we would have liked to have access to cleaning products. Otherwise this was an amazing home, incredible view and lots to explore on the shores below. We hope to come back again and again!

Amazing view and location
Yachats is adorable, the view could not be beat and house was very clean. Only one jet in hot tub and could have used more towels but well appointed kitchen. Master bed super comfy but the second bed was 2 twins pushed together and had little support so not ideal for two couples.

The entire unit was awesome! Location, view, beach access, walking, unit, all around couldn't have asked for much more.
The Only thing is, if you are a cook, the pans are not in the best shape, might want to bring one.
