air con in one room not the best

The house itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable, however when booking this i was under the impression I booked the whole villa as it said it has 5 bedrooms, it is not clear in any way that your not booking the villa in whole (apparently this is in the small print) and when we arrived there 2 bedrooms were locked I asked if they could be unlocked as guests needed separate rooms and grown men were not going to share a double bed they wanted privacy, we were forced to pay $554 to unlock the rooms, finally at 2am this was done. The following day I had message after message saying that if I did not pay a further $554 one of the rooms would be locked. Not only did this ruin the holiday and cut into funds severely there was no empathy or understanding from the property and there was NO reply or contact until the day we arrived and they wanted more money out of us. I will not use this property again for this reason. Further to my disappointment for a villa that sleeps 10 people there was a measly one tiny pot and one pan and the kitchen totally empty no condiments or basic kitchen essentials and all the cupboard were locked in the room off the kitchen. One of the doors did not lock and the staff said to leave it open and his friend would come back with another key tomorrow, this meaning a guest had to stay in the property and miss out on a night. The upstairs furthest bedroom with en-suite the shower did not work. The stay was not enjoyable and I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this.
