Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte .. ma tra aspettative fotografiche e aspettative reali non ci siamo proprio... spiegazione delle camere sbagliatissima su booking bisogna descrivere le condizioni reali non prendere foto a caso delle camere e metterle ... apparte prima di arrivare ho chiamato per quattro volte ma nessuno ha risposto per chiedere informazione di dove era posizionato .. Nelle camere la descrizione non era quella.. e io ho pagato per camere non descritte.. Per rintacciare il titolare ho dovuto parlare con un altro ragazzo che si stava scusando ma lui non sapeva nulla.. Una camere una era piena di capelli biondi da per tutto peli da per tutto letti senza coprimaterasso ... poca igiene Nell altra camera lenzuola sporche piene di macchie gialle doccia piena di calcare.. Inoltre io prima di arrivare per messaggio ho chiesto se c'era qualcosa per la colazione per celiaci mi hanno detto di sì.. mi hanno portato dei biscotti senza confezione .. aperti su un piatto.. quindi io dico che bisognerebbe essere più attenti... perché se la vessi saputo mi sarei portata qualcosa da casa😉

Location comoda e ben tenuta

Salve ho soggiornato per tre giorni nella camera con vasca idromassaggio è stato incredibile. Poiché letto davvero comodo, ben illuminata la camera, la vasca idromassaggio è di ultima generazione davvero rilassante, bagno grande ha pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative la camera in tutto. Poi vorrei fare una precisazione sulla gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile di questa struttura che ha realizzato anche una mia richiesta inusuale, realizzando in piena autonomia un buche di fiori, sistemandolo in modo accurato al nostro arrivo in camera. Una sorpresa ché è piaciuta tantissimo alla mia ragazza che non è riuscita a capire nulla. Forse consiglierei una maggior attenzione per quanto riguarda la biancheria del bagno, sarebbe meglio disporre di più asciugamani, e un cosiglio due gancetti in alto a destra all'uscita della vasca così da riporre li asciugamani per l'uscita. Comunque apparte questo piccolo dettaglio tutto davvero incredibile, anche il ristorante situato sotto la struttura è davvero un bel locale dove si mangia davvero bene.

Una struttura molto pulita e accogliente, la stanza con la vasca idromassaggio pulita e profumata...lo staff semplicemente fantastico, cordiale e attento alle esigenze del cliente...la mattina poiché era il compleanno della mia ragazza ci hanno portato bombe fritte con le candeline...soggiorno davvero gradevole e sicuramente torneremo

Staff gentilissimi tutti sono stati disponibili su ogni aspetto camere pulite parcheggio vicino per chi va con la macchina…vicino alla stazione

Nulla C è stato un piccolo inconveniente con la tapparella ma si sono attivati subito per risolvere.

Bella camera, pulita e in una zona molto comoda. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Colazione pagata al bar di fronte all'appartamento. Posizione eccellente anche se il quartiere non sia tenuto benissimo. Palazzo vecchio e inquilini invadenti tanto che mi sono ritrovato un anziana di notte a aspettarmi sulle scale per capire chi fossi.

La mia camera era sporca e tenuta male. Bagno sporco e rovinato. Non ho trovato nemmeno il minimo indispensabile tanto che ho dovuto richiedere carta igienica e asciugamani. Mi è stata offerta dall'acqua all'arrivo che puzzava di marcio. Assurdo poi che Giovanni il gestore accogliendomi mi abbia detto di avermi dato la camera migliore a fronte di problemi di gestione avuti quando poi si è rilevato tutto il contrario anche perché nei giorni di pernottamento incrociando altri ospiti delle altre camere ho visto quanto migliori fossero le loro camere e sinceramente sono rimasto deluso da questo. La mia camera era la Procida.

Location was central

The room was just adequate. The mattress on the bed was old and torn and the bed sheet was not a fitted bedsheeet thus we could see the torn mattress. It can't cost that much to provide a decent mattress and proper bedlinen. Also I could see no fire alarm in the building.... it seems to be a shared property with private tenants. In Ireland fire alarms are mandatory in hotels and bed and breakfast facilities. That in my mind is a very big safely issue.. We felt very uncomfortable staying at the property in question.

Os proprietários são muitos educados, para nós que voltamos de um outro destino e sérvio como parada para descanso foi excelente.

Uma crítica construtiva, a cama está muito macia para eu que gosto dela mais firme.

Der Gastgeber Giovanni war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und alle haben immer versucht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof war für uns optimal, weil wir mit dem Zug nach Neapel gefahren sind. Sehr gut war auch das Restaurant "Oggi, ieri, domani" wo wir frühstücken konnten und sehr gut gegessen haben. Sehr empfehlenswerte "Pizza fritta" und Fischgerichte. Vielen Dank an Giovanni + Schwester (kann mich leider nicht mehr an den Namen erinnern).

The Domus Vesuvio apartment was close to the Naples train station. The staff I spoke to were friendly. The room was a large double and it had an extra room between the main room and the bathroom with a double and single sleep sofa so the apartment was spacious.

The room & particularly the bathroom were not well cleaned. The recessed shelf and several wall tiles in the shower were mouldy which made showering unpleasant. There was hair in the sink plug. Even the cord for the hairdryer had dirt on it. It was odd as there was a coffee machine in the room but no mugs/ cups or capsules to use in the machine. Overall the room and bathroom just needs a really good clean. The room description said the large double came with items including dressing gown, bath and mini bar. There was a shower but no bath, no dressing gown and there was a mini fridge which contained a refillable glass bottle of water so not what I would call a mini bar. Breakfast was slightly strange too. It was served in the restaurant under the apartment where you check-in. We were not offered any hot drinks (tea or coffee). There were yogurt pots but no spoons to eat them with. There were two types of breakfast cereals but no bowls or milk to eat them with.

Only the location

The first of all , there is no sign with the name of the apartment on the street you have to walk and search although the gps shows you that you are on the right street. Secondly the room is one of the smallest room I have ever stayed. The pictures in booking confuse what exactly looks the room. For one person the room is suitable for one night stay . For couples I can’t recommend more then two nights. For family can’t recommend the apartment at all. The apartment is so small that the bed spans the entire apartment also we was with little kid . When you add child’s bed the walk is not possible. You have to wait over the bed the other person leave the bathroom. Talk about the apartment on six floor. There is no wardrobe in the apartment. Yo keep the clothes in the bags piled on top of each other. My stay at as five nights. Every day they came to make my bed ( not sure why) but they didn’t trow out the garbage that ai kept in an incline bag and they didn’t run a vacuum cleaner. Can’t understand why every comment mentions the host . We never met him ! Except the messages in What’s Up! We only met the waitress from the restaurant who seated us. The situation with the breakfast also is strange . Time for breakfast 8.3-10 . If you want earlier you have to write messages in What’s Up. They’re giving to you bread with ham packed. I stayed in the room because I had paid not a small amount for me 750 euros. For sure there was no way to give my money back . On the second day I complained to booking for the breakfast because my stay was with breakfast included . First days also in all of my stay I didn’t see the restaurant open where the breakfast supposed to be . After this complain the host I think became mad and two days he didn’t stop writing to me messages in what’s up. I recommend the breakfast outside in cafeteria with fresh croissants and nice Italian coffee. I am not sure how is possible this place to have such high ratings in booking!

It is close to the metro station and the railway station so it’s easy to move around. Nice and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. It’s on 6th floor but it has an elevator. I stayed for two nights and it was a good experience. Napoli is a beautiful city.

Everything was just perfect! Giovanni is a great host. the location is very close to the train station and at only 10 mins to the airport with the taxi. My flight was at 6am in the minding and Giovanni booked the taxi for me, which arrived on time.

I liked everything

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub is very big and nice. The room have a nice little balcony. Under the hotel is the restaurant where we ate, everything was delicious.

Beautiful crew

Staff was very kind and ready to satisfy our requests.

Few towels had stains. Incident was reported to the staff that promptly apologized and replaced them.

I can’t write an honest review, because we just used the space to crash for one night, and catch the train early morning. For us, it served our purpose. The space was clean and facilities were good. Great host with fast response; the staff at the restaurant were great in getting us setup.

It was a little small and there were no windows

DOMUS VESUBIO B&B Not recommended place, terrible service. We arrived at the end of July with my husband and two daughters in the afternoon to the place without being able to get an answer from the owner of the place. We were left with all our things in the street not knowing what to do. I started talking to the shopkeepers to get some maida, which floor, which apartment, what the code is, so finally after more than two hours with the heat being crazy in many places some neighbor found a way to get everything from the cleaner of the place. In the morning we wanted to have breakfast and it's not clear what to do again the neighbor help us🙂 When I managed to meet the owner of the place one day later he said he was in the hospital. I wrote him health and speedy recovery but it's a shame you didn't set up someone else to support us and he said, what is my problem you just wait 3 hours out 🙁 Then he didn't answer anymore. When I came back I turned again to him in order to have compensation for the bad moment we had and he said to me, give me 10 point review and I will give 50% refund of one night. I did what he asked but since then i didnt received a reply

The accommodation can be reached fast from the airport. The personal Giovanni, Giovanna and Manuela were always available for any questions or support (we could text them a message via whatsapp or meet them downstairs in the restaurant). Restaurant available at the ground floor and great food. The location and accommodation was good if you stay for a short trip 👌

It was a bit weird at first since it was a b&b and not a hotel , but it was pretty much in the center and close to everything and the area was quiet and the rooms were really spacious and clean

Seen better days. Half the beds were missing linens/bedding although we booked for maximum capacity for the room. The side room beds are uncomfortable. Lengthy process with 3 digital locks and no keys to get inside the room.
