Two night stay to visit with my son, daughter-in-law and new grandson after they moved to Baltimore. Brandon was wonderful. He checked in how the stay was going and asked if I needed anything. The apartment is very well-appointed, having all required items including cold filtered water in the fridge! I didn’t try the hot tub, but the solar lights outback would have made it a lovely experience! I plan to stay again in future visits!

Brandon's property was a perfect fit for us - clean, efficient, plenty of amenities, and most of all close to Family and a great urban experience. It's a perfect fit for a couple and has all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to Baltimore.

Absolutely love this place! every attention to detail is made. Brandon is just such a pleasure and great host. Super clean and super appointed, cozy, and in a quiet lovely neighborhood---yet CLOSE to all things Baltimore. Patterson Park is a historical beautiful gem and the harbor waters are equally as close. Who doesn't want a hot tub soak after a day of exploring?! Yummy restaurants all around and tons of convenient shopping. Hope to be back soon!

My wife and I wanted to have a night away after the hectic holidays and this place did not disappoint. We both lived in fells point/canton area so naturally this place checked all the boxes. Thanks again brandon!

The property was perfect. We were in walking distance to our son’s house which made our stay easy! Brandon thought of everything, from a well appointed kitchen to an abundance of towels and robes for the hot tub! We will be back!

Our host, Brandon, provided us a wonderful home convenient to so much of Baltimore from the Upper Fells Point neighborhood. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want or need. We have stayed here on more than one occasion and Brandon has made sure that we were well taken care of each time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Baltimore and staying at Brandon’s again!

Brandon's home was perfect for our weekend "staycation". Great location, in non-covid times this spot is walking distance to lots of attractions. And in covid times, it's walking distance to some great take-out options and right next to Patterson Park, which is a huge urban park with lots of room to social distance. The house is a bit small for a larger group or longer stay, but it was perfect for me and my husband. The bathroom is excellent. And the hot tub is a great perk! Five stars all around!

I live in Baltimore, but grew up in California, and spent most of my life in the Bay Area. After almost four years, I really needed to soak. Jordan, the property manager, is very friendly and accommodating. The row house is small, even for a row house, so it is more like an apartment, but he has all kinds of convenient little accomodations there for those who need them, from electric wine opener, to games, to echo dot for voice automation. The hot tub, was more a warm tub by my standards, because I am used to older tubs before they lowered the max temperature of hot tubs again. Jordan came over personally to heat the tub, so I had at least one soak that was a true hot tub, instead of a warm. I loved it. It was so needed. The tub ostensibly fits four, but as a someone over 6' tall, and weighing 200 lbs, I'd say it really fits, only two comfortably. Of course, your mileage may vary. ;) I hadn't soaked in so long, that i literally spent over 6 hours in the tub. If I had rented by the hour, it would have cost more than it did to rent this very clean and well featured, row home (apartment.) Too, it's a great location for those new to Baltimore that want to explore Fells Point, or even Canton.

Wonderful home, convenient to John’s Hopkins, Upper Fells Point and many restaurants in between! Perfect place to stay to visit nearby family. Updated with all the modern conveniences and Brandon was a great host!

This compact row house was perfect for my husband and I during a trip to Baltimore to visit family living in Upper Fells. The home itself was clean and updated with all necessary amenities, including nicely appointed kitchen, laundry facilities, private patio, well-maintained hot tub, user-friendly coded front door lock, great walk-in shower and two huge TVs offering a multitude of viewing options, including Netflix. Brandon, our host, was a dream in that he responded to any e-mails or texts within minutes and let us know he was available if we needed anything. We never met him personally, but loved all the personal touches throughout the home. Finally, Upper Fells is a fun neighborhood offering several dining choices and wonderful atmosphere. Patterson Park is a real gem ... can’t stay in this neighborhood without exploring the Park and learning about its rich history. This VRBO is a winner ... we’ll be back!

Excellent location to experience one of Baltimore's hip neighborhoods. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars! Brandon was a great host! The space had many great amenities,big tv's, fast wifi,large walk in shower, even a hot tub on the patio. The space worked well for our visit.. Thx Brandon

Brandon was the perfect host,extremely helpful and quick on responses. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, everything was very clean and comfortable! The bed slept wonderfully! Our stay was amazing and we would definilty return
