The staff, the location the breakfast in the morning was outstanding.

Staff was nice. The property was well maintained.

The hotel has roaches! There were roaches throughout the room. When we called to complain they said they would send someone to spray. A older man in bedroom shoes came with a can of HOTSHOT. He stated that someone had a long term stay in the hotel and that they were nasty people who brought roaches with them. When we checked out the front desk worker pretended to not know that the property was infested. Also, the couch in the room looked like it was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. It was very dirty and misshaped. We were too disgusted to sit on it.

Elevator right near room stopped working very shortly after arrival. Long walk to other side of hotel for working elevator. No “out of order” sign ever posted

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and modern. I love the updates they made. Unfortunately they did not update the televisions so we were unable to use our apps to watch televisions.

Breakfast was great, location was safe and quiet. Rooms were comfy and clean.

The couch in the room had a bad smell. I think it has to do with the animals allowed on property.

My only dislike is th e staff didn't come get trash none of the three nights I was there. I had removed trash as I went out. Everything else was exceptional. Thanks see you next time... CARLA

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

The kids running and knocking on My door. The sounds of a ball bouncing off the wall or floor above Me. Instead of the front desk just saying the room will not be ready until exactly 3pm, they kept telling us it will be ready in 30 min. The price was ridiculously high for just 2 nights. And I am not happy that I was told My incidental would be released at checkout, but, when I checked out, I received no receipt and was told I had to wait 7 to 10 business days. I still don't have it back yet, while those I was there with have received theirs.

I don't believe the sheets were changed because one of the pillow cases was stained with what looked like saliva. The safe was broken and we could not retrieve our valuables until someone came. However, she couldn't fix it. Also, the bathroom smelled like mildew.
