The location was very convenient! We came for the Baltimore Running Festival and we were close to everything. The room was also spacious. Clean and comfortable.

How much the rates were increased because of the festival. I understand supply and demand but the hotel is already a higher end property to begin with. Unfortunately the room prices were doubled just because of the festival. They didn’t need to be increased that much.

We come to Baltimore yearly, for Oriole baseball games and this was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and informative. They even gave us suggestions for restaurants that delivered to the hotel, which was great because the baseball game ended late. The room was so clean and huge! We got breakfast at the cafe and the food was good and reasonably priced. We will be staying here again in the future!

Everything in the hotel was accommodating. Except the ice machines 😁 locations.

Walking from the parking garage then crossing the street of parking garage entrance/exit to get to the lobby of the hotel. That is an extreme safety hazard for guess handicap and able body as well. Owners need a skywalk built, to avoid a possible lawsuit in the near future.

Michele, at the Front Desk was just simply exceptional. She is the reason I will be returning.

Having to pay for parking although I was compensated for several days so it worked out.

The staff was amazing. We ran into a hiccup on check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Check in & out were easy & quick. Also there was a nice gym to work out in with many equipment. Lastly, it is truly walking distance to everything, which saved a lot of money

The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty, me and other visitors had to try and clean some of it up ourselves. It was full of dirt, spit, and hair.

The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The view from the hotel is fantastic. We had a lovely stay.

No cleaning or additional towels/coffee during the stay. The Explorer's was a total miss... Service was very slow and food not good.

Loud, dirty room, no microwave a man brought a microwave up to our door and handed it to my husband what a mess!!!!! noisy people staff was rude just a mess I would not go back.

Wi-Fi did not work at all on any device. Service charge for Wi-Fi was not refunded.

There was no lock to the bathroom. Bathroom drain was going so slow. Not enough light infront of the entrance mirror.

Location was perfect! Harbor views were amazing! penthouse though dated was huge and very comfortable

A great welcome was received from Michele in the lobby as we checked in early as requested. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout our stay. Our rooms were beautiful, clean and the beds were comfortable!
