The property was clean, comfortable beds, great place to stay on gulf. You can spend a day in New Orleans or on beach across street. Great place to stay. Living room furniture could use an upgrade

Being older folks, we had a little trouble with the electronic door lock, but the owner was very responsive to our questions and when he says he's available at all hours, he really means it.

We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. The nook was a coveted place to be. We had a great vacation.

Property was so close to the beach, very walkable and close to a lot of casinos and restaurants. We had a great time.

It was okay, not bad.

Wonderful location, very clean, plenty of beds and space. The extra card table was a nice touch, but could be put aside when not needed, to save space. We only used it for games. Equipped with everything we needed. The ice maker was nice! Within 5 minutes of most anything we needed - 10 minutes away from all kinds of amenities. I felt like we had our own personal beach, as our area had NO other people the whole time. We felt very safe and our items were secure stored underneath. We even sat and chilled under the carport while the rain passed and the deck with chairs, picnic table, and umbrella were perfect for lunches or morning coffee. Owner was very quick to answer my messages. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The outside seating was great. The condo was clean and close to everything we wanted to do and the Beach was in walking distance.

Had a great time! Very clean, had everything you need. Only complaint was there we were no dressers to put your clothes in. Would recommend this place to everyone. Owner very friendly, brought us donuts

Being an older bride I wanted a place for my bridesmaids and sisters to get acquainted. Needing a place for 12 people to sleep And have a pool for meet and greet. I was happy to find this place. I assumed this was a house but found out once I arrived it’s a townhouse/condo with 3 other units. I was a bit disappointed that the picture shows a pool and found the pool is not on premises and not available due to COVID. It was a very short walk to the beach and we had a great breeze most of the time. The weather did not cooperate as it rained most of the weekend. We were happy to be able to use the parking area under the rental to dance and stay out of the weather. The place is not really big but was very clean and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms had two large rooms with two big beds in each. Beds were comfortable but both bedrooms shared one bathroom. A little bit of a problem for 9 women to share only one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were handicap accessible and spacious. Only drawback was handicap people getting up to the rental via stairs. An elevator would have been nice. Four units in one building with all decks adjacent posed privacy issues as we felt the need to keep noise to a minimum. I would absolutely rent the place again.

This home was very comfortable and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the location because it is near everything. The deck was nice and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. It was a very relaxing family trip. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what our family needed, witb plenty of room to move around and everyone slept super comfy in their own beds. Prior places we have rented, our teenagers ended up sharing beds, or got stuck with a twin bed, but not here. We greatly appreciated the adult size beds in every room. The property was clean and the owner Tim was very helpful with questions we had about the area. This property was within walking distance of the beach and also close to everything we wanted to do. We went jet skiing, go karting, shopped at the mall, charter fished, watched a dolphin and sealion show at Ocean Adventures, and visited a water park. I believe the water park was the furthest away from the property but it was still only about 15 miles. Everything else was withing a five mile radius. We really loved that.

The house is beautiful with plenty of room. Some friends and I decided to take a weekend girls trip & booked last minute with Tim. Our host was so accommodating, he even brought us ice at our late 11pm check-in because the ice machine was not working. Definitely pleased with the southern hospitality of the town, which you will get a glimpse of visiting Skeeters bar/billiards just down the road.(recommended from our host) We are already planning our trip back!

Didn’t receive check-in information. I had to call the manager to get the check-in information. House was not what I expected. Never found the community pool. The house had roaches and bugs. Didn’t receive check-out information until after 11.

We came into town for a softball tournament and found the accommodations extremely helpful. The AC worked great and had plenty of room for everyone. Yes, the “nook” is a huge closet but we were all fighting for who was going to sleep there (pitch black and cold). Property management took care of all issues within an hour.

Our stay was great. Plenty of room and kitchen had most needed items. Very close to beach, good neighborhood. It would have helped if the listing indicated this was a 4 unit property. I thought we were renting a full house. The only way we knew which unit was ours when we arrived, was by contacting the manager, who was very helpful.
