I stayed here for a girls’ weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Super clean, comfortable and a great location. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this home and our stay. The host George took care of everything you would need for your stay! The bikes were great for riding to breakfast and exploring. Kids used the poles in garage to fish right off the dock too. The location was fantastic, easy to get to beach and dining! We have always stayed on the sand, we felt like we got the best of all here. Less wind, less mess but water and views and convenience. Beach was so quick and easy to reach! The home was clean and beautiful. Perfect for groups, three levels each with a water view balcony or patio. Heated pool and hot tub were very warm as well. If we had any questions George responded quickly and was always very accommodating. He truly wants guests to enjoy his home. We made so many wonderful memories together as a family, we can’t wait to stay again. I highly recommend this property. I’ve rented many homes over the years and this by far was the best for providing so many of the small details that help guests to relax and enjoy! Thank you George for all you do to welcome your guests, above and beyond!

Absolute great stay! House was so close to everything. It was very clean and accommodating. We had an awesome time!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s townhome. The place was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The master bathroom is amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and walkable distance to restaurants and bars. We loved the big kitchen table and second floor outdoor seating-it was a great location for us to hang out and spend time together as a group. George was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We highly recommend this rental!

Celebrated 25 years of marriage with our three adult kids and their significant others. We were happy with everything from the gorgeous spacious house with plenty of seating options, gorgeous views, prompt communication with George and everything that was provided for our stay. A lot of times I worry about the quality or comfort of the beds and pillows when sleeping away from home but here the mattress I slept on was heavenly. I would love to know the brand of the mattress. Beach towels, games, bicycles and locks, fans, laundry detergent, pool toys, beach chairs… so much provided. We all enjoyed are time and would love to come back.

Beautiful and spacious home. Comfortable furnishings. Great amenities. Everything you need for a vacation at the beach. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Only regret was not staying longer!

This house has everything you would need and then some. Super spacious, clean and very centralized location. George is a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Stayed with family the first time and came back again with friends. Both experiences met our needs. The dock in the back came in handy too when our friends picked us up by boat.

The House was such a beautiful home and fit our group for all of our needs. The house was so well stocked with everything we could need for hanging out at the house and for the beach. George was amazing with communicating all of the information needed for our arrival, stay and departure. Had the absolute best weekend.

We loved this place! There were lots of extras that weren’t listed that were great too (pack and play, two high chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, chairs). A little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely doable!! Would definitely stay again!

The townhouse was great! We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, and the property was clean, well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Townhouse is in great location. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Very clean and everything we needed was available. Our family of 10 found it enjoyable and enough room for everyone. Grandkids enjoyed the pool which was a few steps away. We definitely would stay here again.

Clearwater beach is a very popular place. Very convenient location with all the amenities. Security on site was vey friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed the townhouse very much.

The place is gorgeous and very comfortably fit 3 couples and a single. The kitchen has everything you can ask for - appliances and even spices. It's about a 3 block walk to the beach, but that likely kept it quiet. All the beach stuff you need is in the 2 car garage. The owner was very nice and super responsive. I think we rushed the cleaning crew so hate to fault for a less than sparkly kitchen floor. Everything else was quite clean. Would not hesitate to book again.

Highly recommend staying here. The property was clean, location was within walking distance to the beach, shops, activities and restaurants. The host kept me well informed as to our upcoming stay and checked in with me several times throughout our stay,. It was perfect for our family.

George is a spectacular owner - he truly cares. The ideal amount of communication throughout the pre visit process and during our stay. Home is impeccable. Very well appointed. The property has an on-site security representative and they were so welcoming as well as diligent about their role. Probably our best VRBO experience ever!

Everything was perfect- from the proactive attentive communication with the property owner to the impeccably clean and gorgeous property itself. It had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed!! Absolutely perfect from the point we booked until we checked out! We can’t wait to come back!

A handful of coworkers and I were in town for a conference 2 blocks from the property. This was the perfect setup for us to have extra space and a chance to relax as well. We'll be booking again for the next conference!

Seven women on our 30th year of a yearly getaway enjoyed our stay! The location and proximity to restaurants and beach was a pleasant short walk, thanks to the easy to carry chairs, the wagon and the carts provided. We didn’t need the cooler on wheels but it was a noted option not often. The added welcome of a cold bottle of champagne was a special touch. George was quick to respond when we had questions. Beds were comfy, bathrooms well appointed and the space is beautiful. Security guards located at the pool were courteous and helpful and the pool and hot tub were pretty and well kept. Thank you so much for an outstanding stay, George!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Great walkable location and George was very attentive to making our stay wonderful. We hope to be back soon!

We rented for a wedding and Hurricane Ian tried to stop us but we were ultimately able to travel and join in the festivities. George stayed in touch with us and conveyed that the area was spared the wrath of Ian and ensured that the unit was ready when we arrived two days late. He was very reassuring and accommodating, including refunding the days we couldn’t get there due to the hurricane . The unit was super clean, bright, and complete with everything we needed including a portacrib and high chair. We left unopened nonperishable food on the kitchen island and he offered to have it brought to a soup kitchen. Thank you George for being a great host!

George is great, his communication was spot on from the get go. He made everything so easy with all of the detailed instructions. The location of the home is perfect with everything being within walking distance. Well stocked, well maintained and plenty of room for everyone. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

This condo was absolutely perfect. We’ve rented other units at Brightwater but this was the best experience I’ve had. George was extremely responsive and proactive during the entire booking process and stay. We had a small issue with the ice maker (which turned out to be nothing) and was going to get a repair tech out on a Saturday and offered to reimburse me for any ice I bought. Then we had a power outage due to storms and he sent me the updates from the power company. The house had everything we needed and the Wifi was strong on every floor! I was able to work while others were using the internet/streaming with no issues. George gave us the name of a private chef who came in to cook us dinner one night which was the best experience. Do this if you can as you won’t regret it. The condo is a 10 minute walk to the beach and the complex has a fantastic pool. We saw dolphins almost daily from the 2nd floor balcony. The on-site security team makes sure it doesn’t get crazy at night and were fun to chat with. I hope to stay here again! Thank you George for a wonderful vacation spot.

Our family has stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far our favorite. We were in Clearwater for family wedding and 3 families stayed here and it far exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, very clean and has all the amenities you need. Very quiet and peaceful location, pool area great and enjoying our coffee on balcony in morning while watching dolphins swim by in canal was amazing. The beach was very close - an easy walk. The owner sent us a 4 page overview ahead of time with traffic suggestions, attactions to visit, restaurants, etc. which was quite helpful. Amazing place - we plan to visit again!

The condo was spectacular I would stay again

We had a fantastic time at Clearwater. The house is situated close to the beach but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Our kids love the swimming pool and the dock in front of us. Owner is super communicative, texting me back immediately on requests and questions. As he recommended we had a private chef come in to cook and what a treat that was! Highly recommend!!

This property lived up to high expectations! We loved everything about it--the views are fantastic (dolphins off the back deck), spacious & well-equipped home, community swimming pool & hot tub were never crowded, location within walking distance of lots of restaurants/beach/etc. We like to travel to different locations, otherwise we'd be re-booking for next spring break!

We had a great experience staying at George's beautiful townhome. The construction is brand new and top notch. The kitchen has everything you need and Clearwater has plenty of casual restaurants within easy walking distance. Dolphins swim right up to the docks on the property and there is a calming charm of the property that does not have you on the busy beach strip. The garage has beach chairs, rolling carts, umbrellas and everything you would need to hang out at the beach. The pool and hot tub were super convenient. George was very easy to communicate with and quite responsive - always nice when you have a few questions going into your stay. I would recommend this property without hesitation when traveling to Clearwater Beach. Brian

Our family enjoyed this property tremendously! The townhouse is just as pictured and described. George responded immediately to my questions. The view from all three levels is stunning! We loved having a short walk to the beach and restaurants so that we didn’t have to deal with the limited beach parking. I was very appreciative of the soaps, trash bags, and detergents that were provided! A+
