We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 - perfect spot - lots of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Having a washer and dryer was the bomb. Beautiful view of the ocean. The owner is awesome and super communicative. We how to rent it again next year!

Located in lovely Oceanside, walking distance to several restaurants, the beach and other amenities. L.A. and San Diego easy day trips. Bob and Leslie were welcoming and helpful if needed. Unit was well stocked with everything for a short or long stay. Just add food! Will be back again.

This lovely, cozy condo was welcoming and neat as a pin, with a place for everything and everything in its place. There were even beautiful fresh flowers! The view of the Pacific feeds one's soul and the Ocean is only a short walk away. Leslie and Bob, the hostess and host were The Best! They were helpful in every possible way. You could not ask for better! Highly recommended.

The property was great and exactly how it was described. Checking in was so nice from the second floor patio to hear/see the waves of the Pacific Ocean and see surfers every morning. Location was great and we walked the 2 mile strand along the beach every morning. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of linens and the bathrooms were well stocked for our 2 week stay. I would recommend this property.

We highly recommend this unit! It has a nice view and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, which was important for us since we flew in. Bob and Leslie were great to deal with. The rooms were comfortable and we felt right at home. The fire place was a little temper mental but that's an easy fix. Great memories, we looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The view of the ocean is really good. There are surfers out there almost every day; beautiful sunsets; and yes, you can hear the waves from the balcony and living room. The unit is really furnished nicely and tastefully (some vacation rentals have décor that is kind of cheesy; not this one!) I’m a foodie; the kitchen was well furnished with useful, high quality tools and appliances. The televisions are large, and the living room TV pivots to multiple angles. There’s a solid package of cable channels, including a couple of premium networks such as HBO. As other reviewers have noted, there is a super-abundance of good linens (bedding, bath, and beach). The train station is about two blocks away: easy to ride to San Diego and Los Angeles several times daily in all directions. (The trains will not bother you; they run through all the beach cities and neighborhoods, and they pass through quietly. This is a very pricey part of California.) It’s a charming neighborhood, filled with luxury homes as well as quirky Venice-type neighbors. Extraordinarily friendly people. You can walk to everything: restaurants, bars, farmer’s market, the pier, and more. The Wifi works fine, but it is a shared resource, so it has very limited bandwidth. If you want to stream video, you may want to bring your own connection. The garage was great, and my Honda Accord fit without any problems. Large vehicles may not fit, as the owners and other reviewers have noted. Parking in the coastal communities is tight and restricted, so make sure you know your parking needs before you book. This unit is the best way to immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle! I loved every moment of my ten-night stay.

Living in Las Vegas, NV we enjoy escaping the heat of the summer by spending some time in Oceanside. This was the first time we stayed at this vacation rental, but we would do so again in a heartbeat. Great location, clean, comfortable and super well- equipped. Thank you!

Comdo was very spacious and clean. Perfect size for my family. We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 11 and 4. Would definitely recommend this property

It is 1 block from a very beautiful and family friendly beach. The garage is an added bonus and it had other beach equipment like canopy, a wagon and some sand toys. There is an outdoor shower which is very useful. Overall great stay!

Also, very close in proximity to the beach, pier, and downtown. Know that this is a 3rd story unit, so be ready for stairs! Also, there is some gear/equipment in the garage, so 2 small cars will probably fit, but our Dodge van and Subaru sedan didn’t fit (if you wanted to get out).
