This place was what dreams were made of. We spent most of our time while at the house on the screened in balcony. It was so fun watching the tide come in and out and seeing the birds come at different times of the day. Everything was comfortable and clean. You can easily cross a short bridge to get to Folly and I highly recommend going to do just that for breakfast. A small FYI the kitchen smoke detector is extremely sensitive and went off everytime we used the toaster. It made for some fun laughs at first. And we ended up opening the windows to use it later on. Otherwise though every thing was so perfect and the vacation was made even better with such a wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed the condo, it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The screened in porch was simply a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the river.
That location was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the pool.
Communication with the host was also wonderful and helpful. Thanks for letting us stay in this amazing condo!
This is 85 star location, condo, pool, and everything else. I am blind, and this app does not let me have access to the stars, which is why I am explaining that I give this property 5+ stars.

We loved our stay. Photos accurately showed the spacious rooms and great views. The property managers were terrific. We had a small issue with a door that they fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

Great location. Only 3 to 5 min to Folly beach town. Everything you needed was close. Wonderful to see dolphins from you back porch each morning. Spacious and clean. Parking was nice and the pool offered what we were looking for. Thanks for lrtting us stay in your home.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Plenty of dishes and towels and lots of space. Great to have the screen porch and open deck. We spent time on both. Easy walk to restaurants. Appreciated the communication about the rental, especially the clear instructions on the location so we did not miss the turnoff. Would be easy to do. Overall, a nice place and good location. We would come back.

The condo was very large-it was more than enough room for the two of us! I would definitely recommend it if you have a larger group. The condo had everything we needed and the views from the decks were beautiful. It was everything we needed for a get away!

We rented this Condo to attend a wedding on James Island. Very convenient location and close to Charleston, Beaches, etc.
Condo was nice and clean, only 2 small issues. Could use some cosmetic updates, fresh paint and the Screened porch
which we loved needs a good power wash and the stove fan filter needs replacing, we had to remove it to cook or
the smoke alarm would go off. All in all if was a great place to stay, loved the fact that you would walk
into Folly and find dinner, no need to drive into Charleston.

Condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you need including coffee and coffee maker. Back porch has an incredible view! Communication with Steven was great.

The condo has plenty of room. Very clean, well stocked and a short walk to town.
Communication was immediate. Also, very relaxing and gorgeous water views.

We had a wonderful stay at Turn of the River. Steve kept us posted on the hurricane Ian alerts and predictions and we made it comfortably through our first hurricane. The condo kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. We even had puzzles and games to play while we waited out the storm.

I cannot rate our stay at Turn of River highly enough! The condo was spotless, extremely well supplied, and the view from our favorite spot (the screened in porch) was so peaceful and beautiful. Steve was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed about times, procedures, and general information. We will definitely return and recommend Turn of River to our friends and family.

If you like to watch dolphins as you make breakfast this is the condo for you. This large condo was walking distance to the beaches we enjoyed all Folly Beach had to offer and slept well at night. Thanks for the great stay!

8 adults stayed, walking distance to Folly beach, shopping and entertainment. Everything was great except there was a musty smell and the pull out mattress was not ideal, really needs a mattress cover, the girls slept on the couches because of that.

We go down to spend time with our daughter who lives down in North Carolina. We wanted to stay near the beach this time but not too far away from downtown Charleston. This time we were able to see sights like the pier, the pineapple fountain, and battery park downtown plus enjoy the beach. We also enjoy checking out local restaurants.
The condo was in a great location and quiet. We enjoyed the view of the marshlands and the roomy condo for our family of 5.
Thanks for allowing our family to enjoy some vacation time away from home.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location for what we needed, halfway between my families house and the beach! A short walk to town and a short drive to the grocery store and other attractions. Each room has its own bathroom making it easy for everybody to have their own space. The outdoor space was the perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We loved that there were beach chairs and towels there to use! There was even a personalized welcome gift when we arrived. We cannot wait to come back for another stay!

The interior of the condo was lovely. Perfect space. Perfect location to get into Charleston easily and have a day to go to the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the screened in porch but the trim around doorways was moldy. Pool was refreshing but dirty. Skimmed the pool every day before I used it. If you opened eyes under water it was dirty.

We loved the location, a short half mile walk from downtown Folly Beach with plenty of restaurants, music, drinks, etc. The accommodations had the three bedrooms that suited us perfectly, as well as a wonderful screened in deck for morning coffee and evening wine. Very nice!

The property was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated some of the general staples. The beds were very nice so much that we did not miss our beds at home. . The three things we noticed that could have been better are:
1. The pipe in the living room coming out of the wall was a little concerning.
2. Some of the furniture had holes in it.
3. The brushes to be trimmed in front of the screened porch. Not sure if this is something u can take care of or not.
