The room was very spacious with lots of storage for our stuff. The staff was phenomenal!

The hot tub jets were not working, but we were still able to sit in the hot water so that was nice!

Breakfast was good, but I wish the continental part was free. Beds were comfy.

Continental breakfast was $9 person! Dry cereal, bagels, and waffles. Nothing special. The other breakfast items in the menu were priced OK. Keep Continental free. Upcharge for hot breakfasts and buffet.

VERY noisy! No sound insulation. We could hear every step of the noisy people above us. Sleeping was nearly impossible.

The location and the possibility to get ice blocks frozen

When we arrived we did not have a room even though we booked it months in advance and also had the confirmation. The clerk didn’t care about that and said that the mistake was ours or booking.com / we were not in the system. We had to book a new room at a higher rate despite the confirmation. We have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and has never experienced something like this / very disappointing.

The rooms were very clean. They had everything you could ask for in a room. The beds were very comfortable as well!

There are no cups in the bathroom to use after brushing your teeth.

Zero information from the staff on what amenities that they offered, nothing about breakfast info or time of breakfast. Only thing they said was about check out time and the happy hour at the adjoining restaurant
