We were very impressed with the property and cleanliness overall. The most impressive was the friendliness of the front desk help of Pam! She treated us very kindly and went above & beyond to take care of our needs.

From the start it was bad. Seemed like we inconvenienced the front desk guy. Got checked in, went to our room that was literally half cleaned. One bed fully stripped and bedding sitting on the chair, previous guest key cards still there. Went back, given another room in minutes, almost like he had one ready, one of 2 keys worked. Couldn’t get in the pool, again inconvenienced front desk. Given the wrong wifi code. Not a good start.
Beds weren’t very great. Room, when done, was clean. Breakfast was typical, nothing out of this world. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed for one night. Staff are great especially the little silver hair lady in housekeeping who washed my coffee cup out for me. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, nice toiletries. We did hear the guest up above our room walking but in all fairness, it was more like stomping so I think anyone would’ve heard that. We would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue was the room was to be services every 3rd day, however we had no room service and we're there for 5 nights/6 days.

I appreciate that they have a decent mirror in the sleeping area for applying makeup and an electric outlet easily available by this mirror to use hairdryer 👍

There is no signage at the entrance, on the building or road leading into the hotel. Drove around looking for the place for an hour.

This was our families first time watching fire works in St. Cloud and our first time at this hotel. It was all perfect. The room was very clean and cozy. Also nice and quiet. Thank you Country Inn. We will recommend for others.

When checking in guy gave us no information on breakfast or anything was like he was in a hurry to get back to nothing took forever to get help when bell was rung

Easy parking the room was very clean very up-to-date. Just a nice place to stay and that’s probably where we’ll stay again. We usually stay somewhere else but was surprisingly happy.

Clean, good amenities, easy to get to. The pool area was clean, fitness room hit the basics, the breakfast was good.
They could do a little better on the disposable plastics. There was a bit much (plastic utensils, coffee creamers, etc) and room for more improvement.
